Our school corporation has had MealTime as our POS for many years. When we first started with MealTime their support system was great but more importantly very timely. We would get our questions and/or our problems fixed quickly.The support team is still great but not timely. Monday we came to school and found out our system was corrupted, we had lost Friday's data and I called Mealtime and told them our problem and was told I would be put on the call back list and 28 hours later they called me back.We needed help immediately not 28 hours later!

If I could give them more than five stars, I would. Our schools have dramatically improved in behavior, vegetable ingestion, and all around happiness after we have adopted MealTime software. Kudos to the brilliant developers and impeccable support staff who dedicate their lives to working on this phenomenal product every day. 5 1/2 stars.
