cheat with customers fraud dealership poor management

Very supportive staff and Hyundai cars service options as well at this showroom

Servicing was not so good as when I was misguided that there is no anti rust protection available with the newly purchased vehicle so one of the guy told me that it is highly recommended that you go for anti rust coating so I opted for it and paid a lump sum amount of 4200 for it,but after coming home when I watched one YouTube video it tells that anti rust coating is already available with new xuv 300 so these was very unfortunate of them to misguide a customer who trusted the brand by keeping mahindra on top of other brands while purchasing his very first car.

This was not the very first instance I am posting these comments but there are many other instances as well where mahindra disappointed me a lot.

Now I am thinking I would have gone for other brand like hyundai,kia and ford whose cars and services are far much better as compared to mahindra

They are just focussed on selling cars and not on customer satisfaction , worst service , they have punch of irresponsible staff and employees who doesnt hold any accountability.

I booked XUV 300 1 months ago and he said that he will delivered 1Jan and then he is saying that I he gave the car to someone else. Such a cheap services there they can do anything for money don't buy from this showroom!

Poor out of poorest. Workers are friendly till you book a car after that they will just skip you and they dont even deliver car on time .

Extremely rude and untrained staff who are not ready to listen to what customer has to say. Also, no concept of after service

You can get Mahindra automobiles here and other automobiles and in second floor there is a SBI's life insurance branch in Shivnarh's building.

Good to take experience from here .....if you don't need good money package anyone can join here.

They give car to someone else even after booking a months ago.. please don't buy from this showroom.

Showroom is Good but I'm not Happy With their Sales Staff Behaviour they don't Know how to Treat with the customers. They don't know how to Talk.U buy Mahindra car no Doubt they have Best Models especially Xuv300. I love that car. But I will not buy any vehicle Form that showroom.
