Best hotel in london with spa and...... Love this hotel 5 star
Good hotel, as you would expect for something in central London, no faults although was a tad noisy at night and walls are thin.
Incredibly good hotel! Nice staff, good service, good breakfast, nice hotel rooms and close to city.
Absolutely to notch. Staff. Service. Great views. This has become our London hotel of choice.
Fantastic hotel. Excellent location. So central yet quiet. Lovely room (815 Queen Superior) with good amenities. The Birthday cake was an unexpected and delicious surprise. Super staff - courteous, efficient and friendly. Good value when compared to other Central hotels. Would definitely stay again.
Nice and cozy place to stay breakfast is average nothing exceptional
We love staying at the Cavendish for a few nights when in London because it is so central. The rooms are small but we are not there for the rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly.
Excellent location and very polite and attentative staff. Room was clean and of an adequate size. Bar food very good and again very polite and attentative staff. I like too that the hotel seems to be quiet despite being busy but you don't get that noisy, over run feeling that you experience at a lot...
Had a beautiful city break here for the wife's birthday. Perfect location, stunning views and friendly staff.
Will definitely use them again when we're staying in the city
Convenient location and friendly staff. Rooms small for the price
Impeccable. The attention the facilities the friendliness of the staff and the unbeatable breakfasts !!!!!
Great service, great food, nice comfortable rooms. Central location. 24hr bar/room service. No complaints at all
Came here for lunch with a friend. We were greeted and welcoming. Friendly staff. Food was well presented and taste amazing.
Location and food
Located directly behind Fortnum & Mason, it is very convenient to walk to pubs, cafes, bus stops, subway stations, as well as tourist destinations such as Piccadilly Circus, Soho district, and Chinatown
I feel that only the supermarket is a little far away, but it's still cl...
Used The Cavendish for meetings and lunch. Staff are always friendly and the food is good. Portions are quite big though so be prepared. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the air con! It gets stuffy and uncomfortable at times. Lovely place though. Would recommend.
Blink and you'll think that you're in a five star property. Central location which made the visit that much more enjoyable. Very comfortable stay with hotel staff being ever so helpful. Lovely rooms that include an iron and board amongst other things. Would love to stay again!
The location of the hotel is very good.Petrichor restaurant and breakfast is also excellent.presonel and cleanliness is very good te.Only the only issue is the bathroom of the superior twin room is overly narrow.Executive room's bathroom and bed are very good.
Great value hotel with comfort in central London. Short walk to all the main action - downside bar was drab and dull. Saying that ok for a night cap after kicking heels up in London Town
Excellent bar service.
Restaurant less so, running out of bread rolls at 7pm.
Just home from Afternoon Tea for a family celebration. The staff went above and beyond to make our day special. I would particularly like to thank Bibek the restaurant manager and the lovely young lady, Stephanie who poured our drinks and looked after us...she was absolutely amazing!
The dining here is amazing! Wonderful service with stunning food
Just about the best possible location for a stay in West End. Everything is in walking distance. This hotel is an oasis of calm we had a high quality room and brilliant views of London.
Great location. Polite staff and lovely room. We were located at the top so had wonderful views of the city. Right next door to Fortnum and Masons and easy to get to on the tube.
Brilliant location next to Fortnum and Mason. Lovely rooms, would recommend stopping on 15th floor - amazing views. Food is good and the staff are very helpful! Will be returning in the future.
Nice hotel near Piccadilly Circus. I stayed there for five nights. Walking distance to all the popular attractions in London. Very easy to get around.
Had a great stay here. Relaxing atmosphere. Great customer service.
Fantastic stay, excellent breakfast , very friendly staff, thank you! X
Absolutely brilliant service, food and acomodations.
Dated bathrooms and furniture in some rooms .
Didn t see for a while a hotel without a turdown service.
Cleanliness should improve . 1 lady for an entire floor ?
Empty minibar ? Weird
Super professional staff. Facilities with good cleanliness.
Quiet room and nice view from 8 floor. Good breakfast but little bit expensive.
Superb hotel lovely staff comfy beds fab breakfast and very central right next to fortnum n mason
Great service and staff. Room was comfortable and modern, with great amenities. Would absolutely stay here again.
Very pleased - although I only stayed for a single night I found the hotel staff in particular very helpful and accomodating. The concierge even rushed a suit of mine to another hotel for overnight dry cleaning as I had arrived too late to make use of the Cavendish's own service - and he collected ...
Great location in the heart of London, just 10 mins walk to the West End but far enough away from all the noise. Room was exceptionally presented and clean. Check in and out both quick and professionally handled. No issues with my stay and would use again for location.
We have just had a lovely meal with great wine served by wonderful staff. We could not have asked for more, thank you all so much, you made my mums 74th birthday perfect.
Offer a lot for a 4 star house, great location, nice rooms, good food
Room comfortable, bulb blown in desk lamp only stayed 1 night so no point reporting it, otherwise good all round. Breakfast of a high standard location superb.
Party location near the pulse of London
Visited before and would love to visit again
Had the pleasure of staying a little high this time which offered ample views.
Have not had time to test the breakfast yet so the rating is possibly set too early.
Speaking of breakfast, it is served unt...
Very central, magnificent breakfast, some employees are Italian. Only flaw thin walls of the room
We had the most amazing afternoon tea. Staff were very friendly and wonderful
This is our third stay in a year and we loved it. Just about the perfect location for The West End and Soho. Trafalgar Square is a short walk, as is Buckingham palace. Breakfast is fabulous, with loads of veggies options.
Upscale establishment, ultra polite and helpful staff.
Brilliant location 1min from Picadilly, where everything happens. Don't think any more, go for it !!
Very central, nice staff and great rooms and service
Staff very friendly. Clean. Comfortable. Great location area.
For this price i paid it should be definitely breakfast included. But it was not. Hotel location is good.
Generally a very good hotel. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Looked after us very well.
Really nice hotel in a great location but don't go to the bar, it's really expensive (Which I did expect) but the service was rubbish and so were the drinks.
Stayed here twice, a week apart. Nicely sized and appointed rooms, excellent showers, fine restaurant, helpful staff. Deduct one star for non-working refrigerator first time and uncontrollable a/c second stay.
The hotel is centrally placed to allow access to theatres or sights. It is very comfortable, with free wifi and Sky tv in the room. Excellent food in the restaurant with attentive staff. Hotel is very quiet at night, despite being well subscribed.
Just spent a delightful two nights with my daughter celebrating our 70th and 40th birthdays. I cannot fault the hotel. Great views from the 14th floor room. It is wonderful and the staff (all of them!) are brilliant. Always a smile, from the dining room staff, reception, chambermaids and the con...
Construction going on, on Jermyn street now so ask for a room facing away from it. Rooms were small but cozy. Service was good.
Mediocre hotel with mediocre water pressure. Don't expect anything fancy.
Nonetheless, great location!
Very convenient location, in the heart of Piccadilly, within walking distance to Theatreland, Leicester Square, Buckingham Palace and Mayfair. The room was clean, luxurious, with lots of amenities, however a little on the small side. The staff was pleasant, smiling and always available to help. The ...
Stayed here for a night. Good location to all the shops in the area. Service was very nice by every. Had a room on the 14th floor with a view. Room was on the smaller side but clean and nice.
Great location just a few minutes from Piccadilly, nice rooms very clean. Get the upper floors for great views
The breakfast is a big let down at a relatively expensive hotel. The hotel bar is also poor, both in atmosphere and drinks.
A big plus for the parking.
Only there for a meeting over coffee but greeting and concierge were great and looked after a big bag I had. Service in lounge was average. Too slow.
