Excellent service, Jason and his dad are very helpful, and they do great work on any repairs. I've bought my last 4 pairs of boots from there, and I'll continue to go back. Awesome family business!

Customer service at The Bootery is top notch. The gentleman that was assisting my girlfriend find boots for a wedding was very patient and very knowledgeable.

My mom had bought some twisted X from this store with the ankle . And after wearing them one time she realized how badly rubbed her ankle and we came up to return them. He would not take them back said there was dirt on the bottom which I rubbed off with my fingers why I was standing there. And then he went to say there is a toe print. If you get a toe print from wearing a twisted X1 time Then something is wrong with the quality. I was going to buy my son some boots here today as well but not from here.

I took a UGG purse to get cleaned and it came back worse than when it went it. I will spare the details just don't take your favorite purse in to get cleaned with any expectations. On top of that, I am a non smoker with asthma and my purse came back smelling like I was a chain smoker. Not happy.
