In the United States, it's a requirement to speak Spanish at this company. My husband was given an application and told to be here wearing jeans and boots at 7:00 am, we got up early bringing him here, thinking he was going to start work. He didn't get hired because he doesn't speak Spanish.
There are a lot of lanscaping companies out there but ILT is so much more. If you want to work with a company that is dedicated to every detail of your project- no matter how big or small- ILT is it! All the people I have talked to there are so nice, professional and man do they know their stuff. I can t wait to use them for more projects down the road. Thank you, ILT Vignocchi. I have nothing but the highest praise for this company. They came to my house and helped me go through all of the options for my horrible exsisting landscaping. Now my neighbors are constantly gushing over the way our house looks outside. Please support this small business because they are the bees knees. I've recently started working with them and I am super impressed. They've had great advice about a retaining wall I wanted, and a lot of drainage improvements needed around my house. Very easy to work with.
That last review bothers me!!! I worked for this company for about 3 years and i did not speak spanish,the vignocchi's are wounderful people and great group of people to work for.i had no problem working here.
