Impossible to get a hold of them. They took over our contract, so far we have yet to receive a single statement. No answer to emails, no answer to phones.
We moved out of our Arch nearly 5 months ago. Termination was agreed 4 months ago and still haven't received deposit back, despite over 10 emails to main contacts and several complaints via the main website. If you want an easy experience, DO NOT rent with them.
