I worked for Tesco Bank for a short term banking project. I would recommend people who are interested in BFSI domain to work here as it is good company learn and hone your domain knowledge.

Amazing campus and office set up! Has a mini retail store within. There's also a coffee day express. Kinda cheaper food at the cafeteria compared to restaurants outside. Ample parking area. Covered wid greenery and flowers throughout.

..I work here for more than 9 years, good lovely greenery environment.... Not a safest place to work as we can see the forced layoffs every year across all locations.. You need to update your technical skills regularly to stay tuned in the competition...

Tesco is a MNC where most job seekers wish to get through the interview process and work there.. But mostly jobs are on contract basis or on third party payroll which may or may not be extendable. However this MNC looks very posh and spacious tech to work in. Few photos of there cafeteria, lunch Hall and lawn area.

Sharing one of the worst experiences. Had been here on 2 Nov 2018 for an interview for Payroll process and the interview took the whole day. The company has only 6 systems to take online test for nearly 50 people in queue and the test takes One Hour per person. The HR's don't have the courtesy to inform the candidates that they have not cleared the interview, just a simple mail merge or something will do the job for them. Tried reaching the HR via phone, and discovered that they don't pick calls on office phones. Tried reaching via mail - still no response and at last reached the personal mobile number and BINGO! got the person on phone and the person sounded a bit rude. They said that if you had not received a call till now, it means that you did not get through.

I had to wait for nearly 2 weeks, suspending other job offers, putting other interviews on hold, just hear this response. I am ok with any result positive or negative, but please convey the people's result if you know them. It is really disrespectful on your part and this is expected to happen to anybody else too. You can directly tell the result on the face that you did not clear and leave for the day, instead of postponing and making people wait.

Advice is free. Anyone going for an interview here, ask for your results don't believe if the HR or Operations Manager/ Officers say, we will let you know about the results. BELIEVE ME THEY ARE NOT GONNA CALL YOU.

Very wide and beautifully maintained campus. Ample parking space car and bike for employees. A medium size amphitheatre for office gathering and big sized food court. The office spaces are being renovated with a modern look. Overall, very nice campus!

They will screen you 4 rounds in a day and will not announce result they will say will update in two days,further also no update when we follow they will say your not selected,i think recommendation and reference matters for this organisation.

Please don't goto any interview! One of the worst companies. They made us sit straight 4hrs for a technical support position. The human relation people are full of attitude. small request, treat candidates nicely. They're also humans. Not worth a single . Especially the tesco branch near vydehi hospital. Hr Niharika is so arrogant and mean. Tesco, if you keep encouraging people like her you're gonna ruin your reputation.

Recently a lot of recruiters have been crying informing that candidates drop the offer the last minute after confirming. The recruiters had a concern that these sort of candidates should be blacklisted. Well if we start doing that then shouldn't companies be blacklisted for having an unprofessional lot who takes months for each round of interview and do not have a professional decorum to close the loop. I had two rounds of interviews in two months and post which they never got back to me. I followed up several times asking if rejected do let me know, but they were too busy to respond to even a mail or a message. Honestly how much ever a brand name is there the belief is people will join since demand for job opportunities are high. But joining an organization where they are least bothered to give a feedback or keep you dangling, not an organization i will ever want join.

Amazing place to work at if you get the right job in the right department. Great work culture and stunning campus.
