Big nice company with good people around ... yet I didn't get selected in the interview

Worst HR team..... Shortlisted candidates after online test were rejected even without a single interview

Hr swathi & sruthi such a ****** they are and they really don't know how to behave with the people and i don't know how they are working in this tesco
They took one month time for my interview process and simply they said you're not selected.
swathi & sruthi jus follow minimum ethics because of you B****** I wasted my time

worst interview process..they are playing with candidate's life....don't go to interview when called...worst process of interview.

It was a really worst experience with Interview process. I have applied for Mis role but the questions were asked unrelated. Don't waste your energy as well as your time.. Think before you attend the interview.

I work in this company.. I love the in house campus and the lush green spread across here.

I got a better life from here. It was my third MNC, My job, responsibilities, campus, friends, facilities etc etc everything was awesome.
I learned good culture, I got good friends from here. Tesco is like a college for me.
Three campuses were there. The one in DTP was closed and shifted to NRE.

I am working here as a Software Engineer since 15 months till now. This place has very good opportunities and environment to work on latest tech stacks.

Very wide and beautifully maintained campus. Ample parking space car and bike for employees. A medium size amphitheatre for office gathering and big sized food court. The office spaces are being renovated with a modern look. Overall, very nice campus!

I cannot give one rating also to this company, because I have attended interview and done online test, and manager round also clear, finally they said HR will get back to me regarding the offer...after two days when I check with HR Urvashi shukla , she said that they have kept my profile on hold and it took one month to give final feedback and result... finally after I got result saying that my profile was not suitable for the position...To give result they one month...I have never ever seen this kind of organisations and HR... worst company....

worst interviewers. They should ask more questions if you are really interested in candidate. Why you people are ruining career of talented people as well, as your judgement is not up to the mark.

The campus is green and there is enough space for colleagues to walk around during breaks which help to stay fit and breathe fresh air.

Clean and hygienic and the security staff is helpful and kind.

Its one of the best campus in the area. The gardens and buildings of this campus are good enough to make your mind cool. The faculties are of world class.

Crazy people in the company they do reject the candidate jus bcz they don t have stable internet connection, how cheap n senseless instead of that they can ask right like can candidate afford another good connection????

Anyways great work culture, jus having big building that doesn t mean company so well n good it s depends how the people behaving professionally, being transparent and inspiring for new comers.

LOL, never forget this experience ROFL.

It is a good company and growing and improving very fast in technology space.
People are very helpful and kind. Company has good work life balance. They have a lot of offering on campus apart from work.
They have their own campus with facility like cafeteria with variety of food, badminton and volleyball court, football + cricket ground, gym etc.
They offer transport facility at very low cost.

Overall good company to work for!
