We have been going here for years now. Unfortunately older cats make for lots of health issues at the same time. But they make it as painless as possible. They try to avoid costly tests if they can and go straight to treatment because they are very experienced. They always work us in too which is nice!

What a horrible clinic! We will never put our dog in their care ever again. Our dog ate some poison- we called them and they would not take him at all because they stopped seeing patients at 4:30. That also, we had to make appointment and there wa no appointments left. It was around 3:45 on and we only lived 10 minutes away. We we were told to drive over an hour away to mesquite to the emergency vet hospital. They didn't care if our dog lived or died. They would not make any exceptions or even had anyone that was willing to stay for an emergency like this one. We have been going to this clinic for 2.5 years and this is how they treat an emergency situation within our dog?
No one should go to this clinic. If you have any emergency with your pet, here are the raw facts about this vet clinic. They don't care if your dog or pet dies.

While traveling, I brought my dog to this vet clinic for a coat/skin issue. After I went back to my dogs primary care vet, he said my dog didn't need the $70.00 in shampoos, and medications that the Terrell vet had prescribed. The girls that work there are very charming, but don't get suckered in like I did.

I love this vet. They took really great care of my Chloe when she had cancer. We spent a lot of time and money there and they helped me decide when it was get time as well. I felt all decisions were made with her in mind. The only thing is that they don't come out right with prices on everything and you'll have to ask upfront or they will do the procedure or prescribe the medicine then you'll get a bill higher than you expected and they'll push for what they believe is necessary and not exactly what you can afford. But overall if money weren't a problem they are my first pick of veterinarians around here.

We brought our Toby here twice for injuries. The first time was about 8-9 years ago and he was very well cared for. He recovered and lived a great life. Sadly, he was brought here again a couple weeks ago after being hit by a car (he got loose) and they took him in immediately. His injuries were too severe and we had to let him go. : ( They were very compassionate. Toby was our first pet and he meant so much to my family and I. This week we received a letter in the mail. It didn't say who it was from, but it was signed by the staff and inside it read, "May you find peace and love in your cherished memories." On the outside it said, "Some friends leave a mark so deep that it becomes hard to forget them..."

How thoughtful of them. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Thanks for all you do!

I had a wonderful experience at this office today! My Copper is a new patient here, & we were very pleased with the care. Beautiful building, great personable staff, & they were awesome with my 5yo son too.

((Not to mention, they offer bathing & boarding as well!)) Will recommend this office to everyone.

Time had come for a very tough decision for our 17 year old Siamese. the staff and Vet were very caring and sensitive to her and me. They treated her 16 year old sister with the same care as we took care of a respiratory infection. A week later I received a "sympathy" card signed by the entire staff. (which I still have and cry when I look at.) Only another pet owner can understand how much we love our pets and what this means to us. I have now seen both Doctors and I'm sure most of the staff. I am overjoyed with this veterinary Clinic.

I entered the vet and immediately was told to keep my dog quiet... they used the words inside voices please .... making a customer have to apologize due to my puppy barking is unacceptable. My dog/puppy was a rescue from a horrible situation. I explained why he was scared and barking thinking they would understand due to the nature of their profession.. no one cared or acknowledged me. The vet tech was extremely scared of my 3 month old puppy and was snarling and sighing at the sight of my dog. The receptionist was extremely RUDE. She told the tech to hurry up and get them out of here...... she is short and old. I was extremely upset and on the verge of crying I was so mad. I do have something nice to say about the ACTUAL VET! He was very helpful and loved my puppy, letting me know he was scared and everything will be alright. I admired that about him, he was very nice to us. To the rest of the staff...... I feel that the vet would be a lot nicer if they hired people that are willing to be around a scared puppy... I mean it is their job to be around dogs of all sorts whether they are AKC, Mutts, Abused Rescues ETC.

Parking: very easy access and plenty of parking. Disabled parking right in front of the door with easy access. Plenty of space for trucks with animal trailers and easy to get in and out. Service: staff very professional and will work with you making arrangements. They also answer phones promptly. All my appointments have been ahead of time or just few minutes delay but nothing longer than 15 minutes. Doctors: very knowledgeable and kind even when we have to put to sleep our beloved Sidney. They provide us with space and at no time they rushed. Have been after that always the same service.

Not sure how this place has such good reviews. The ladies here are so rude. Even on the phone trying to set up a appointment you get attitude like they don't want to be at work. Just go to Reisinger. It's right down the road and those people are actually nice.

I and my dogs have been customers here for years. For over a week I have been trying to get information about a medication for my 13 year old lab which they have been treating for years. I left numerous messages with people who were supposed to have someone else get back with me and no calls back. Either they are too busy...or they just dont care. All I wanted was some information about the medication and if they could do the shots for him and over a week and I still dont have it. I called the Terrell Vet clinic on 205 and the lady that answered the phone could answer all my questions and explained how it all would work. So...I am not happy with Crossroads Vet. I have received pour service and they obviously have no concern about the wellbeing of my aling pet.

We've been going to Terrell Animal Clinic for nearly 15 years. We've taken all of our dogs including our chow chow who passed away in 2011 @13 yo, chihuahua who passed away in 2016 @17 yo, and presently our bulldogs. The entire staff does an awesome job in the care they provide to our extended family, from the beginning to the end.
