Their Temperature Alert devices and system are very user friendly and easy to setup. It's great when it works which is most of the time.

Technical support is dismal however. Their support's turn around time is 1-3 business days. The entire point of having a temperature alert system is to be able to rectify a temperature problem before you're out of compliance and your drugs or product must be thrown out. When a temperature monitoring device begins malfunctioning, it is time critical to get support and have the problem fixed ASAP!

My problem with this company is that they don't understand or feel the sense of urgency when dealing with their clients. 1-3 business days turn around time is simply unacceptable for the type of industries the Temperature Alert systems are being sold for. They gave me too much contradictory information and screwed up my orders too many times.
