They are crolks they keep charging me for the equipment i returned sent me to collections because they charged me over 2
hundred dollars for cancelling their service .they are still charging me for the eqipment when i have phoned them and confirmed that they received the equipment ..they have also charged me 600 dollars 6 yrs after i gave up their service but couldnt tell me what the charges were for .they wont help you but they sure will trump up the charges telus equals getting bent over by a homeless man

Poor quality staff, ignorant and unreasonable. No excuses that colored woman was the worst sales woman I've ever had ever to deal with and will be the last time I tolerate that.

I went to sign up for the phone service. And a Chinese woman was helping me select a phone number. She then abruptly quit and said to get someone else to help me. She then went to help a group of Asian women instead. I asked her name, but she removed her name tag, and said none of you re business. I had to go to another store to finish signing up for phone service. These two women in the store the Pakistani woman, and the Chinese woman, are quite rude, and unfriendly.

The people working here make the store. The staff are very helpful, professional, friendly and go above and beyond; atleast the one's that helped me. I was given an affordable plan with a great deal so that I was able to afford it.

Not a fan of Telus in the first place. Found the store rather cold and felt we were a bother to the two guys that opened as apposed to being two valued customers. Telus could take a lesson from the telephone kiosks just outside their front door when it comes to customer service.

We came here to get both of our family members set up to authorize the account we have. We were told it was set up, but it was never done. This was completed by a SAFE TRAINER.
We were also told 4 different prices for the same prepaid cell phone.
This store clearly has no idea what its doing.

Telus is overpriced and terrible. All the big 3 are but Telus is the worst. After canceling all contracts they call me 4 times in 3 days trying to get my business back. That s borderline harassment. Leave me alone already. And the fact that they use a call centre that is obviously based out of India is annoying. I realize it s cheaper to hire a call agency from India but why not just get one that s in Canada so you get more jobs in Canada.

Had an amazing experience here with incredible service. Cameron was the guy who helped me and for someone new to Canada (like me) he was an absolute blessing.

Had the displeasure of experiencing the horrible customer service at this location last week when the Apple Watch was released to Telus. To make a long story short, I have been with Telus for over 7 years, when i came to this location to get the Apple Watch the employees in this store made me wait damn near 2 hours to try and access my account which they failed to do, they then after having me wait for almost 2 hours told me to try back Monday but refused to hold the Watch for me until then.. I called customer service and complained about my experience, this store then called another store and told them to hold a watch for me.. you wont hold it yourselves but will demand another one to? Needless to say i will not be returning ever and i will not be a Telus customer much longer, Telus in general does not deserve my business after the way i was treated. Thanks for your lack of unprofessional-ism and for making me feel like a valued customer with your pathetic attempt at trying to fix things with a $25 gift card..

Staff is very unhelpful, they don't seem to care. The also seem very unknowable and made me do their job for them calling telus. Especially this older middle aged lady was extremely rude when I asked for help

i came and bought a internet stick and the telus person "jesse" was excellent and helped me set up the device

This store is not even worth one star. Don't go to this store, they will WASTE YOUR TIME.Just call the customer services. If you do go to this store they will tell you to call the customer services anyway, so might as well do it from home and get the accurate information right away.
