Had the displeasure of experiencing the horrible customer service at this location last week when the Apple Watch was released to Telus. To make a long story short, I have been with Telus for over 7 years, when i came to this location to get the Apple Watch the employees in this store made me wait damn near 2 hours to try and access my account which they failed to do, they then after having me wait for almost 2 hours told me to try back Monday but refused to hold the Watch for me until then.. I called customer service and complained about my experience, this store then called another store and told them to hold a watch for me.. you wont hold it yourselves but will demand another one to? Needless to say i will not be returning ever and i will not be a Telus customer much longer, Telus in general does not deserve my business after the way i was treated. Thanks for your lack of unprofessional-ism and for making me feel like a valued customer with your pathetic attempt at trying to fix things with a $25 gift card..
