I recently purchased a DOT business phone and internet package from your store. The package included a 4G mobile backup system. Today is the 2nd time in 2 weeks our system has crashed. Unfortunately your technician did not install the 4G back up system, so now i an without phone lines again...

I'm with the last fella,DO not sign up with these guys,over a five year payment plan for a command System or you'll end up paying 17k for a 5k system.They wont tell you that when you sign up because a nice fat retainer keeps rolling in! Stay clear of these guys No Good and not interested in helping ...
