I recently purchased a DOT business phone and internet package from your store. The package included a 4G mobile backup system. Today is the 2nd time in 2 weeks our system has crashed. Unfortunately your technician did not install the 4G back up system, so now i an without phone lines again.Your company seems to be quite OK with charging for me for the back up system, why can't they install it as promised? I asked you to fix this last week and have heard nothing, why don't you respond to emails?
I should have just purchased the far cheaper systems from Commander or Optus. You sold me on the reliability factor of the Telstra network, clearly that is not the case.
