There is no time flexibility, there is no staff available for personalized attention, there is a lot of delay for attention, there are too many barriers to attention, not everyone is sufficiently informed and trained to evacuate doubts and inconveniences. The service is very bad.

FOR 4 MONTHS WE CLAIM FOR BAD OPERATION OF THE LINE, ONLY THEY TAKE CLAIMS FOR A MACHINE THAT ANSWERS ME, NEVER WENT AND SAY THE CLAIM IS CLOSED AND RESOLVED.
I ADHERED TO THE WEB PAGE AND I HAVE NO OPTION TO ASK FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
