Location in the city center. Good service, clean desk counters and decorated in the main color of the bank. Customers are numbered in queue, there are seats for customers to wait. Most staff are quite young, wearing uniforms with name tags, gentle friendly attitude.

Central transaction point, however quite crowded, sometimes waiting on the 2nd floor 30p to be traded. VIPs are on the 3rd floor. I just upgraded to VIPs on the 3rd floor, but it seems that these kids are here to concentrate on serving customers to save more money, no care about customers withdrawin...
