I had high hopes for my recent experience but found it lacking. The product selection was somewhat limited and didn't meet my expectations. Additionally, the delivery took longer than indicated, which was inconvenient. Customer service was not particularly proactive in addressing my concerns. Overall, it didn’t deliver the level of quality or satisfaction I anticipated.
