My experience fell short of expectations. The service lacked attention to detail, and the overall organization was lacking. Activities that seemed exciting on the website were not executed as promised, leading to a rather underwhelming outing. Communication with staff could have been clearer, as there were some ambiguities that affected our experience. Overall, it did not meet the standards I had hoped for.
