We absolutely love the car we bought as it s always been my dream car. Trace was really easy to deal with and very friendly. Our only problem was the finance department took a long time, and it would of been nice if they could of thrown in something for the hassle of us waiting around for so long. We went in around noon and didn t leave till 4:30ish. The last half hour was our banks fault tho. But other then that we left happy that we got our Land Rover suv.

Rob Haley was our car sells man when we purchased 2018 Mustang. He was in contact with me to find the car I wanted with the correct package in it. He did his research and found one in Ontario. He listened to what I wanted and found my car. He was very professional and answered all our questions. When he did not know the answer, he was honest in saying so. He was very respectful and included my wife in all the conversations. My wife has always had not so favourable experiences in car dealerships and she stated that Rob was the best one that she has ever encountered.

Nothing but good things to say about this place! They offer a Quick Lane for oil changes, so you can drop in whenever you want and is Ford certified so no issues with warranty. They went the extra mile and even washed my car last time at no extra cost. I had to bring in my car for warranty service and they didn't balk, they paid for a rental for me during the repair time and the rental place is on site so no hassle. I have a Ford dealership in my town, but actually go out of my way to come here because of the service.

Piyush Goyal is just the sweetest man, he does absolutely everything he can do for you when he knows you're high and dry it's nice to know someone has still got your back and enough patience to deal with a crazy girl like me! Thanks Pi you're da bomb!!!

They are team with Go Auto. All I have to say about this is terrible terrible terrible. Over priced, and they do not follow through with their customers. Visited Go Auto dealer 34 Ave. They sell vehicles from team ford. Talked with them 2 weeks ago test drove etc. .... even with my credit and negative equity being honestly disclosed they went through all the paper work etc.... Never heard from them again. Location is also in bad shape. Would not recommend period

I am planning to buy F150 Lariat. I met with your sales advisor Tej. I was impressed with his knowledge towards the vehicle I was planning to buy. He went with all the details regarding features in the truck and all the special offers available at the dealership. I came across that F150 2017 comes with 10 speed auto transmission. I will wait until there are special offers on 2017 models.

It was a very nice experience with team ford. I bought a new Ford Escape and Pi helped me to buy this car. I am in love with this car and I will always shop with Ford in the future.

Not to happy with this dealership, couldn t get a sales guy to come out and help me! Walked the parking lot for a good 20 + minutes. That s fine I ll take my business to a dealership that wants my business

My girlfriend recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus SE from this dealership and, on top of having her brother was a co-signer was told that she needed to spend more than $30,000 in order to get 0% financing... So she was forced to tack on over $6,500 in extras on a car that was only worth $24,500 new. As such we now owe 3 times as much as the car is worth. Avoid at all costs, and Team Ford, be advised that AMVIC will be contacted in regards to this greasy slight-of-hand manoeuvre. Cheers.

The overall experience was pretty good from signing the deal to delivery. The truck was exactly what I expected and team ford really tried their best to get me the best deal possible. My salesperson was pretty good overall and tried accommodating all my needs for the truck I was looking for.

There were a couple of things that could have been done better to get all the stars. There was nothing offered from financing in terms of additional packages(i.e maintenance package, undercoating, 3M etc.) and extended warranty. It would have been better to be aware of what they had to offer in those packages and make a choice if I wanted it or not. Secondly, I should have got my deposit back along with my Go Auto card the same day I picked up my truck but it was missed and I had to go back and ask for it.

I would still recommend to buy from Team ford and would go back for my future purchases.

Service dept pretty dodgy ....need to see service manager for most diagnostics....service writers not well trained

I have never experienced such amazing customer service as I have at Team Ford. I drive a lot for my job and the National Fleet Manager, Brian MacPhee, ensured the highest standard of service when I reached out to him with an urgent request for winter tires. To accommodate my schedule and cause the least disruption, Brian even offered to drive a loaner car to my house, pick up my car to have the tires changed, and let me use the loaner car in the meantime, and drop my car off at home for me. I had my car back in less than 24 hours with no blip in my schedule. I recommend Team Ford to anyone because of their excellence in customer care. I have already referred people to Brian and anyone who has a fleet car should seriously give him a call. He will take care of you like you're family.

Have been looking for a 1 ton truck for couple of months. Have tried few different dealerships to find a truck I was looking for. Most dealers I have dealt with were very pushy and annoying while dealing with me. Team Ford out of Edmonton was the only one that still have a great selection and great service. I would give this a no star but I can not.

My first impression with GoAuto was great, dealt with TeamFord. Although there customer communication is very lacking but did end up purchasing and doing a trade in for a vehicle. Great service when I was in the process.

I come to find out not only did they not pay out my loan on my other vehicle properly and failed to send out my registration and so now I have to spend an extra $540 and the end of this deal it also hurt my credit score cause the deficiency of paying out the old car loan showed me as delinquent.

I'm glad I called in to find out why.

I also called team ford , emailed the finance manager about the issue and someone took a message and said they would call me back and guess what? No one ever did.

Never again always trust the reviews.

Had an amazing experience here at Team Ford. Mani worked extremely hard to find the perfect vehicle that fit my budget.

I initially inquired with the dealership through email about test-driving a used Audi they had in stock. I specifically asked if it would be possible to go on the test drive by myself because of covid-19 and I was told by Chris that it was absolutely fine.

I arrived at the dealership the same day to check out the vehicle. After waiting 15 minutes for Dreighton to see me, we went over to his desk and he asked me the typical cliche dealership questions. Because he was a different person from who I had initially spoken to through email, I reconfirmed with him that I could take the vehicle out alone as a covid-19 precaution; again I was told there would be no problem.

After taking down all my credit card and drivers license information and sitting through all his questions, Dreighton asked me if there was any way I would buy the car today. This was my first stop and I didn't think it was reasonable for me to commit to buying a vehicle that I hadn't even seen yet, so I politely told him that I wasn't in a rush but that I would give him a call in a day or two if everything checked out. He left to get the keys but returned a few minutes later to tell me that I could not see or test drive the car because I was not committed to buying it that day.

I don't think it's reasonable to expect someone to commit to buying a $20,000 car (especially a used car) before being allowed to see it and drive it. Nor is it fair to have me wait around and hand over all of my personal information only to tell me that my business is not welcome.

PS, Not one employee was wearing a mask or practicing social distancing (even the associates taking a smoke break outside were standing in a circle about 30cm apart). It seems like the signs and stickers are only there to pass inspection and trick you into thinking they care about your health and safety.

Really enjoyed dealing with Stephen! He helped me find the truck I wanted at the price I wanted.
I picked out an XLT at a good price, but when I showed it to my wife(it's her truck), she said she would get used to the red stripes!!
Talked to Stephen and he pointed me to a Lariat that had everything she wanted. Put a little more down but she'll be happy every time she drives her truck now!
Janie in financing was great too, showed me all the different options with no pressure, just let me make sure I came in on budget!

Very upset!!!!!!! :( My Brother was visiting from out of town, for our Father's memorial. His key fob decided it wasn't going to work. The nearest dealer was Team. This is Sunday A.M. The receptionist was rude, and unhelpful. And so ignorant to not even willing to look to see if another dealer would be open to help with the situation. Which in my books, Is downright UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!! Not only has this location lost some potential customers, it upset the whole family!!!!! This lady should be fired! And a severe compassion training awareness should be part of the initial and ongoing training.

I have had my Ford into the Service Dept on several occasions for different reasons and ALWAYS found the service staff to be friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend the Team Ford Service Department.

Team ford did more than i expected their finance department is very experienced in getting approvals even when others couldn't very impressed will definitely be back to do more business in the future.

Although i didnt buy a Vehical, i would Highly recommend Cory the salesman. Cory and Vincent in Finance went above and beyond to get me the Best Deal !!!!... Thanks again ..

Highly recommend Team Ford!

I don t even rate them a 1. Their service department is horrible. They booked my truck in for 10 am on Monday morning and I guess they booked everyone for the same time as i had to wait quite a bit for anyone. Then they did let me know it may be a day or two because of extended warranty which was fine. They called me that afternoon to let me know there was a problem with the gateway hookup so they couldn t diagnose my defrost issue right then and then there were no updates at all till Wednesday morning when I called after I left numerous messages Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning. I got a bit of an update and then nothing till Friday. Not happy with their lack of updates but ask them to wait and extra minute or two for me to pick up and they can t accommodate that. They seem to not care for their customers at all. All further servicing will be done elsewhere
