BUYER BEWARE! mike cheung. He needs to be re-trained in customer relations and punctuation. I m not sure he even had company approval to rent this home. He had me pay him via CASHAPP for the application fee and then disappeared. We got a new place while still waiting on a response from him.

16 years in the business, the decision to move to Taylor 5 years ago was the best decision I made. Great support staff, excellent tech platform, responsive brokers, and the freedom to grow your own business at your own pace and style. This is what a great brokerage looks like!

Being in real estate sales and particularly in this current covid climate, I was so impressed with the way the folks at Taylor Properties kept in touch by their up to the minute communications regarding safety, etc.! They have always been there to help with any administrative questions, and are very responsive. Taylor Properties has treated me like family and for the miniscule fee, the rewards that they so willingly offer in the way of tutelage and support, are disproportionately immense!!

I can't say enough good things about Taylor Properties. They are always very responsive to the agent's issues, they offer a choice in commission plans, charge a low fee for E&O insurance and administrative fees. They give their agents choices instead of demands. In addition to all the usual services provided by brokers, they have wonderful dinner meetings with interesting speakers. I highly recommend Taylor Properties!

If you want a honest realtor and someone to take care of you stay far far far away. Seek services elsewhere! Michael Lewis was my realtor and my experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. If you want someone that ignores your calls, emails, treats you as though you re less of a human then this is the company to use. I bought a homes that was as is and I ll just say the items that should ve been in my home when i moved in were gone when I finally closed. My house was completely monitored by cameras inside out that he ripped down and stole the cameras, my shed from the backyard was stolen (whoever he got to moved it damaged my grass with their tires) and didn t even bother to repair.
Mike Lewis also committed fraud by representing me on both ends of the deal which is illegal in the state of Maryland and which Taylor Properties knew about. Mike Lewis caused me thousands of dollars with delaying my closing because he couldn t take care of an issue that should ve been done in November & guess what, money hungry Mike wouldn t even bother to aid me with my expenses that he caused even though he just made almost $30k in commission. I stayed in a hotel for almost two and a hlf weeks with my children and two 26ft trucks sitting outside, meaning I had to buy food daily three times a day for 4 ppl, pay for a room out of pocket and additional clothes for everyone since our clothes were packed in the truck, not to mention I asked several times if i could put some of my things in the garage because it was costing me $200 per day to keep both trucks and I could save $100 if I took one truck back which only had less than 15 items of lawn care equipment and yard tools in it, and guess what my request was shut down and ignored. He tries to play mental games and treat you like your beneath him and a great manipulator. I raised my concerns about him stealing items from my home and guess what Taylor Properties management couldn t do anything because I didn t have proof of him stealing. But common sense tells you who stole items from my home if your realtor was the only one with access!! I was robbed blind and nothing was done about it therefore I had to take the long drawn out way and get things handled through the Maryland State Realtor Commission Board. He may have won the battle now but I ll have the last smile. The arrogant guy didn t even bother to tell me congratulations at closing, he was late to closing as he is late to ever appointment so we moved forward without him and when he finally arrived he walked into the conference room sat down all of 30 secs, got up and supposedly went to the restroom and by the time he returned the title company guy told him we were done, he literally slid me the keys across the table told me these are the keys to the a/c units and key to almost every door for the house, got up and walked out while saying alright Rashaod . As if he were saying I got my check bye!! Save yourself the headache, false hope and find a company that will help you get through an already stressful process with ease. Run far away!!

I have worked at Taylor Properties for a number of years. I really appreciate the no nonsense approach the company takes with agent support. The company systems work well and allow me to get my work done efficiently. Helpful office administrative staff has always been responsive to my questions. Whether you operate at a modest sales volume or a massive one, this is the company a successful agent needs.

Recently I withdrew the contract I had on a house in which Jack Wang was the realtor, and a few days after I withdrew the contract, the house was under a new contract. Despite the fact that Mr. Wang never resisted the house and was an,e to secure another contract so quickly, However, he will not release my $5,000 deposit I had put on the house. I do not understand why he would keep my money. I withdrew the contract because the sellers did not complete all of the repairs we contractually agreed upon before settlement. I don't know if the sellers are related to Mr. Wang, but I am disappointed with his actions and will take the necessary actions to resolve this matter.

I have been an agent with TP for many years. I left the large corporate monster brokerage company that I started with for TP and I have not looked back other than to express how I love the bump in commission income that I received when I made the switch. Taylor Properties, unlike my prior broker, understands that agents are independent contractors and I do not feel pressured to use its affiliated title company and mortgage lender. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Delia, the manager, is my broker angel - she's straight forward, personable, and helpful whenever she can be. IMPORTANT NOTE: Unlike the commission split process at my previous brokerage company under which, BEFORE THE SPLIT, the company would quietly take 6% off the top, TP has no such hidden fees. What you see is what you get. Honesty, friendly support, respect for the agents' independent status, and MORE MONEY!!

I had Michael Theodosiou as my realtor in selling my home. My first meeting with him, I didn't like him. I should have gone with my instincts. He was very aggressive and a fast talker. He didn't listen to anything I said, and he was very pushy in getting what he wanted. to get paid My home did sell but Michael was a liar and sneeky dealer. He lied to me about the buyers so I'm sure he lied to them about me. I signed early in the closing of my home because Michael kept pressuring me into closing early. All he wanted was to get paid. He didn't care or show any feelings about the seller. Even though my home sold, I would never ever do business nor advise anyone else to use him because he is a selfish, sneeky realtor. If I didn't want my home sold in the timeframe I had alloted to , I would have fired him and use someone else. MICHAEL THEODOSIUOU IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. ALL HE WANTS IS THE MONEY. HE IS NOT FOR THE HOMEOWNERS OR BUYERS! HE IS FOR SELF!

As an agent with Taylor Properties and their sister company, Anne Arundel Properties Inc for nearly 15 years, I'm obviously biased. However, I can honestly say that they are always looking for ways to better serve their agents. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've watched the company grow from little more than 100 agents in 2006 to nearly 1,000 agents today. They're obviously doing something right!

I have been an agent with Taylor Properties for couple of years. It s the best brokerage you can be part of. I love the fact If you licensed with DC, VA or PA besides MD, you can keep all your licenses under the same broker. Mrs. Delia Abrams has been so much helpful when I am in tough situations always phone call or email away. Administration persons very helpful as well. Thank you Taylor Properties!

My agents name was Glenda Harrison. My initial search I had started out with Glenda because she came highly recommended by my friend. The lender that was recommended was not working for me. My family recommended other agents/ lender to me; however I worked with 4 agents but they did not work in my best interest. Needless to say I went back home to Glenda and she took excellent care of me! I closed on a beautiful condo 5/9/17. She was patient and understanding of my needs, she took me out to see the unit she was very thorough and walked me through every step of the way with the home buying process. I am so glad that God lead me back to this AWSOME WOMAN!
Thanks again Glenda you ROCK!

I initially affiliated with Taylor Properties because of the favorable commission/fee structure for agents. As an established agent I work largely on my own and didn't expect too much but Taylor has a great support staff and broker concerns are handled responsively.

Unscrupulous to say the least. Kelly Quarles seemed nice but did not uphold to her fiduciary responsibilities, especially dealing with seniors.

Your standards are only high with the realtors and brokers, of course they have nothing but good and great thing to say that commission money hits differently.... Well I personally don't have one good thing to say about Taylor Properties or Kelly Quarles..... There is no exception for my mom to sell a home on Capitol Hill and have no place to go during a pandemic, mind you my mom is a senior, neither is there any exception for Kelly Quarles lies regarding the title people whom I called representing my mom and they never talked to Kelly Quarles in fact, they didn't even know what was going on. Reason why I her child was able to get the extension from the title people. There is certainly no exception for Kelly Quarles to hold my mom hostage to the agreement that she had and I her child had to get a lawyer for my mom to be released and then Kelly in turn ask my mom to sign a 3 page non-disclosure agreement after coming from vacation Friday September 11, 2020, which my mom is not signing and this also means my mom will not be able to buy another house until 2021; So to better understand my mom now has to rent after owning her home on Capitol Hill for 37 years because of Kelly Quarles/Taylor Properties holding my mom hostage to this agreement due to my mom not signing the non-disclosure agreement this week September 2020... This not that far in the past and I now understand why your rating are high, you make everyone sign a non-disclosure agreement. But lets digress... There is absolutely no exception for any of this especially in the midst of a pandemic. Just like there was no exception for this unethical manner on Kelly Quarles behalf when dealing with my mom using a stall tactic and not finding a place, which was Kelly Quarles first responsibility, but Kelly Quarles had no problem with selling my mom home and then had the audacity to go on vacation after not meeting the requirement of her fiduciary responsibilities, that is Kelly Quarles the unscrupulous realtor I'm still speaking on, just in case you all got lost.... There Is Absolutely No Exception for any of this... Why keep calling when I can air out all your skeletons right here, no need a non-disclosure agreement. I'm about the business of ethics, so I advise if you are selling a home BEWARE of KELLY QUARLES and Taylor Properties they are beyond unscrupulous and have unethical business practices.

I have been a realtor with Taylor Properties 6 year and been in the industry for 21 years. I have worked my business as hard as I need to with the support of the Taylor Properties staff. If I run into any challenging cases they always are very responsive. I wish I had join the team sooner.

I have been a full-time Realtor over 33 years, having experienced the big franchise brokerages, learning a lot along the way, but one thing that stands out most during my new relationship with Taylor Properties is the administration's timely responsiveness towards assisting me with the tools needed to best serve clients. I have yet to meet Kyle, Taylor's CTO, however he's been beside me every step of my new journey. Kyle and the rest of the admin team that I have had the pleasure to work with during the resetting of my business with Taylor have all been professional, thoughtful, and most helpful to the point of catching a stumble on their part, and honoring their oversight. Sure, brokerages show their best side when they're recruiting, but then to show that side under a brighter light thereafter is a beautiful rare thing to experience.
