Who are these people?
From the research I have been able to do, it would seem that TAGG Logistics is a shipping company. Apparently they shipped a package from somewhere and delivered it to Fedex here in Saint Louis. I have tried to contact TAGG Logistics by phone, but have had no luck being able to speak with anybody, even though I somehow managed to get through to a Todd. I left a message on his answering machine, but at this time, have received no reply. I wish they would be a little more explicit on their website regarding what they do and who they are.
POSTSCRIPT:
I was contacted by phone by a wonderful lady named Carol, who helped me to sort out my problems. I had a lovely conversation with her and she was able to set my mind at rest about my packages, even to telling me exactly where my packages came from and what company sent them. Having said this, I would like to change my review to a 5 star review. I take it these people are very busy, and with it being the Christmas season, are probably busier than usual. But Carol took the time to phone me and was able to help me with every question that I had. Thank you, Carol. Merry Christmas to you all. (^_^)

Ok performance, but be sure to not to rely exclusively on TAGG. ROI per sqft is the only consideration and they will evict you even with perfect payment history if turnover slows. In the midst of COVID 2020 when all other suppliers/vendors/customers were reaching out to see what could be done to work through a challenging time, we were unceremoniously told to get our stuff out within 90 days. An expensive mistake.

This is not a place where your every day civilian would go, but if you are a manufacturer, this may be a great place to send your product. It is a third-party distribution and packing facility that sends out orders two businesses, people, or anyone else who needs to acquire the products they partner with.
As far as employment goes, they have and are growing exponentially, so there seems to be rotations of new employees often. The management is fairly poor, supervisor often walk out after a short effort, they don't provide any incentives to top pickers or for top efficiency employees, and pay is less starting out here than it is at others in the area.
The owner is present everyday and has eyes on to what's going on and seems to listen to the employees, and my hat does come off for that. But overall, as a team, they don't look out for one another, it's a sink or swim situation, and management may look out for your best interest, only if it is in their own.
