No Debt Validation or Bill received, Unknown account #, someone at SWC marked my phone # as bad and credit was simply marked derogatory / past due at that point instead of mailing a bill to my residence which was correctly noted on file . Bill was apparently from TMobile for a past due account from 2017.

First representative was less than helpful, googled SWC to figure out how to handle the situation.

called back and spoke with a better suited representative. Will be monitoring credit for derogatory remarks.

Next time have the decency to contact who's credit you are trying to ruin.

They have been calling me every single day for 10 days from completely different phone numbers. Based on what I have read and my previous experience with scammers they are trying to scam me which I always just ignore their calls.

Fraudulent recruiting! Was offered inbound call center but actually it was for collections. Outrageous quotas to obtain. Some people are given preferential treatment. If they call you about a job hang up as fast as you can.

Pleasant time speaking and resolving my debt with Bryan Delacruz helped me learn about a comcast debt that was placed in collections and helped me get it paid off and updated to all 3 major credit bureaus and i was able to get my car loan within a week!!!

Spoke to Teresa M. and she was not helpful. She refused to research the account previously had with Comcast. Comcast confirmed it is a zero balance and she refuses to verify. This company is the bottom of society. They tarnish people's credit without the proper information. The credit reporting companies enable this mess. I will sue Southwest is this is not removed.

If I could give the. 0 stars I would. They are the worst. I don't even know where they came from. They appeared on my credit report out of nowhere. When u contact them they have a recorded message that tells you to leave your name number and ref number and they'll get back to you in 1-3 business days. I did that 3 times. No contact back. I will be disputing on my credit report. If that doesn't work, the next step will be getting a lawyer to get them off of my credit report.

UPDATE: I called back and spoke with a gentleman who was more than helpful giving me more insight on the debt location and company asking for a collection. Guess it just depends who you talk to.

Not sure if they are legit or not. I first received an email and to open the enotice I had to provide the last 4 of my social. When I called to inquire I was sure not to give out sensitive info. Nothing sounded legit, and when they were trying to verify my address they said it was state I ve never even lived in. Anyone have same problem?

Scumb bags... kept calling from different numbers.
Xfinitity store told me I was receiving a credit when I turned in my equipment.
I did not realize I owed them.
I paid the bill at Xfinitty store and had them call while I was there.... Lets see what happens.
I asked for proof.... said it takes 72 hrs.
I dont trust them.
I'll wait, but untill then I will post negetive reviews from other accounts

I don't deal with poor reputation collection agency. Pay your debts straight to the original source.

Earlier this month I saw a new item on my credit report from Southwest Credit Solutions. I knew that I had a past due balance with spectrum and After reading the reviews, I was honestly nervous but I decided to call anyway! The guy that I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I paid my dept and he assured me that they report to the credit bureau every week. Fast forward to now, it s off of my credit report and my score went up
