Tex-Mex at its finest.
Two bean burritoes and all the fresh chopped onions, pico de gallo, cilantro, and salsa to add to the burritos.
Nothing is better than this!

Walked in for dine in. 1st time at a taco bueno and dude behind counter had his shirt off. It looked like he had been cooking in a wife beater. He smiled with his one tooth and said, "I can put my shirt back on. I been busted before." I don't know why we ordered but standing there was awkward. No one said hello or how are you. Another lady took our order and while placing it i noticed the seran wrap housing had a film of grease and food crumbs caked on its inside bottom. The roaches might eat good there but we sure won't. Sorry Taco Bueno but you were Taco Terrible! And I didn't even take a bite.

I arrived at 12:10 in the dining room. There were 4 customers standing in line when I walked in and there were 2 cars in the drive thru and NO employees behind the register. After about a minute, I asked the people ahead of me if they had been helped and ALL of them said no one had even acknowledged them! During this time, 3 more customers had gone through the drive thru window. I went to the front of the line and asked if we could get some service or should we all go back to our cars and go thru the drive up window?! The person sent to take orders acted like they were Terribly inconvenienced that they had to leave their line to wait on us and were rude. During the time it took to receive my order (I was 4th in line) 8 cars went thru the drive thru!! Obviously the dine in customers are NOT the priority at the S.24th Bueno......

So I was being chased by my arch Nemesis Witch Knight and he almost had me captured to take me to jail as heroes often do. I dodged into this Taco Bueno and had a tasty Beef And Potato Burrito which gave me as a villain the ability to escape Witch Knight.

If I could have given it a zero, I would have. I went there tonight and asked for a big freak'n nachos no meat. I was ok with paying for meat even if I didn't want it on my nachos. I had to throw it away because they put beef on it. I will never eat there again. I gave up eating meat because of serious problems with digesting it. It can be seriously painful and nauseating for me after eating it. From now on, I stick with Taco Bell. They never put meat if I ask for it to be removed.

Saw a display that looked different than what I was served. Took order back and manager rudely told wife "there's no way he saw what he said he saw". With truculence made my order again. In customer service the customer is right and you don't question them to their face. Great behavior from a manager.

The kitchen was trashed, the bathrooms had pee all over the seats. The bar area for salsa was dirty with empty tubs. Everyone ordering food was complaining for another reason. Customer service was just as bad. The food tasted awful when we finally got it we ended up throwing it away and leaving. Chips were old and stale. Highly recommend you to stay away.

The worst place ever. The only saving grace about this place would be the polite manager Tony. When I went through the drive thru he was nice and polite. He had told the people making the food they had it wrong but they didn't listen to him. They continued what they were doing. I had to come back later to have my food made right.

This was my last visit to Taco Bueno.
Even the manager was rude when I placed my order. When I went to "Buenos size" my meal I was told they no longer add an additional item such as a soft taco. They up size the drink only yet still charge the same price.
Wonder what would happen if I suddenly quit providing all the service my company provides yet charged as if I did. Doubt I would be maintaining a repeat customer base.

I will never return. We were at the drive thru and told to order whenever we were ready. We asked what potato sticks were with no response. Said we were ready to place our order TWICE still with no response so we drive around to the window and ask what potato sticks are. She said they are literally potato sticks. We asked her for 2 burritos and 2 tacos and she yelled for someone to come take our order. They were busy, apparently and told us that we would have to drive around to the speaker again because he was in the process of taking another order. I'm in shock! I called the store and asked for the number to Corporate and was told that they were busy with lunch rush and couldn't give me the number. There was literally no one there!

Normally when I go here, it s a great experience and I get exactly what I ordered and it s perfect. This time I was in a hurry so i didn t get a chance to correct the tomfoolery that is the black bean and rice burrito I got today. No rice! Just beans and cheese. The hunger is real!

If I could give the store a zero no* I would We ordered a Chilada platter when we got it there was no sour cream no guacamole and no rice they totally forgot the nacho in the bag of chips they gave wasn t even half a bag there was beans all over the bag I took it back let them know they forgot something from the order and made the Chilada platter wrong then they informed me that they were out of rice and in order to fix enchilada platter he Just added a squirt of sour cream and guacamole then he made the nachos which was supposed to be a Mucho nacho no tomatoes add three cheese we took the order back to the house took it out the bag and realize that the way he fix the platter was wrong and was disgusting to the touch and he didn t even put nacho cheese on the nachos on top of that he only filled the container halfway and still didn t fix the chips I then I went back a third time and finally just gave them the food back and said I want my money back Then he proceeded to try to give me my money back and realized he didn t know how to do it and informed me that although I ve been up there three times now I would need to come back a fourth time in order to get my money back even though I did give back the complete order worst taco Bueno experience in my Life went back three times to get my order fixed never actually got it fixed the manager Tony was rude he was also the one making the food :/

Well the taco bueno on north first closes early all the time and *if* you manage to catch them they tell you they're "out" of meat, beans and tortillas and you'd have to wait 20 minutes or longer for them to make more....taco bueno used to be excellent....idk what happened but I miss how it used to be.....

Been to this Bueno many times. Had my order wrong multiple times. Place never feels truly clean when I dine in. Food is occasionally too greasy. Staff is rarely up to par. I understand you get what you pay for, but when I have seen so many other good Bueno s across the state I can t help to wonder why this location seems to be the child left behind.
