I was here because my phone stopped ringing. The person looking at it spent about an hour confirming that it, indeed, wasn't working. She was very friendly about it. Sadly, it had to be sent away to be repaired by the manufacturer.

Helped me with an urgent cell phone problem as we were visiting out of town. Had it fixed up in less than 5 minutes, amazing service!

Today I went to T&T Communications to resolve my matter of an incorrectly hooked up Samsung Watch Active2 and the manager told me that he essentially did not care that his employees do not know what they're doing. It is no wonder that the sales reps are so ignorant & uneducated on the processes of their job. Kimberly is absolutely rude and if she is in fact part of the management team, she should be fired and given a horrible reference in all future career endeavors. IF YOU NEED BELL SERVICES, GO ONLINE OR CALL IN.

These guys are a top notch well run business this town is lucky to have. They have bailed me out more times then I can count. Excellent staff that knows what they are selling and take pride in there work.

Asked them to remove cell booster and 2 way from old truck. Then put it in my new truck exactly the same

Radio was put on with a sticker not the mounts
Cell booster wires were wedges between the display screen and not threw the vents like originally
2 way radio does not turn off when I turn the truck off

They convinced me that my antenna would be better on the side of the hood instead of the roof, and told me I had to buy there s so I did, cell booster does not work nearly as good as it usto.

And I paid like 600 bucks:

Taking it to Petron to get completely re done and fixed who originally installed this on my old truck

Terrible if u need help with anything other than purchasing an actual phone. Save gas call 1800 for any and all other assistance
