Every employee from the top of the ladder to the bottom welcomed me like family. I get good miles,good home time,and good equipment.

I can't give them full five, nor can I give them lower than three. On the positive side. Their Corporate Policies that they have will make you a better driver. Depending on what fleet you are in your pay will vary, but it will be on time and consistent. Home time depends on the fleet you are in. That is where it stops! ON the Negative. Lack of communication from the top to the driver and back to the top! They have a negative based point system With No Driver Advocate and no appeals process. Because of this negative based policy They have created a systematic hostile environment. Their policies might bring better safety out on the road, but. Creates an unsafe environment between the drivers and the office staff.

Was a driver/trainer for a year with this company. While driving with them never had problems. I left for a few months for personal reasons. Tried to get hired back on, spent 2 weeks trying to get rehired. One individual was holding up my application. Stating that there was "3 strikes" against my record. One being that I failed to report damage done to my truck, which is false. I have emails showing that I did in fact submit the claim. And I followed every step the company tells you to do when reporting damage. That individual is also refusing multiple times of taking my call and atleast talking to me about the situation. Mean while about 2 months ago they rehired a driver who dropped two loads. I also know of drivers who have been caught using cellphones while driving and still are working there. Yet I can't be rehired because of something that didn't even happen.
Because of this one person who is refusing to take calls and have a normal discussion and is essentially playing God in his role of "risk assessment" I can't be rehired. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ve always had a positive experience here when picking up freight as an outside carrier. Getting loads transferred from their trailer to mine is a breeze and the guys who work there are some of the nicest I ve met. It s great coming to a place who gives the same respect you give. I can t speak for working here, but as an outside carrier I get treated very well and it is much appreciated.

My mom was dying from a brain aneurysm and they wouldn't let me go home to say goodbye. I quit on the spot. There were numerous other issues that led me to consider quitting, but that was the anvil that broke the camel's back for me.

They tell you in orientation they will work with you as long as you are showing improvement is not true. And the recruiters tell you anything to get you in there promise you pay you don't get.

Worked here for less than 2 weeks. Reported some issues I was having my trainer(smoker) I had requested not to have. We went on road and I couldn't stand the nasty smell of cigarettes. They flew me home, and didn't even arrange an Uber to my car. So I was left standed at the airport for almost an hour with no response. I was terminated with them for no reason, do not work for this company. I saved you a headache.

Quality folks and facilities, I've gotten loads from them transferred from their trailers to mine and they always do a great job and safely.

Very detailed and thorough training. Every employee here wants you to succeed. They are paying for my tuition at my CDL school, put me in a great hotel and took care of breakfast and lunch every day.
