Worst customer service. There's a woman who is 200 pounds over weight with reading glasses who works the counter, who has the worst customer service I have ever seen while living in Tulsa. I think she may suffer from the fact no man wants her or the fact she doesn't have anything in her life but that job, either way she needs a new career, or a hobby. The first time I visited I had no problems. The officer was very polite and no problems. The second time with this abobination of a woman was terrible. I know I'm not alone and hopefully she gets delt with asap.

I've called and pleaded with these guys to get regular traffic patrols on my street. Sent emails to the Sherrif, called the non emergency. Half the time these guys cant distinguish city from county. Not the officers the dispatchers. God help my family if we ever had a serious issue. After the dispatcher kept trying to bounce me over to tulsa city. And I kept repeating to him that my address is county not city. The other serious negative is these dispatchers don't know Oklahoma law. So when a law is being broken they have no idea and say. "Sorry can't help you there." Educate and inform your dispatchers, get your overlay maps fixed, respond to taxpayer emails and maybe I'll add stars. Guy and ladies working for tcso, I support all that you do, am proud of the sacrifice and service you provide. This post has nothing to do with you and everything to do with upper management.

They will lie to you when renewing your cleet licence stating you need $40 worth of fingerprint cards when you do not when you renew you cleet. I asked the lobby hack 3 times and was told I needed them even with a renewal. You only need the fingerprints when you first apply for your cleet.
Sad you can't trust the Sheriff's department to be honest with you, more concerned about revenue.
