Very well maintained establishment with friendly staff. Having dealt with Sysco for years, I find that they are very helpful with suggestions for the foods that they represent. As always, we will continue to do business through my Sysco representative who is always helpful and knowledgeable

Place is a cluster.,have to park down the road and walk to check in., sysco drivers seem to like not moving for you so you can get to your door., the unloaders are good, they get you out reasonably quick

CAPSTONE takes forever. 9AM appointment, checked in 7AM, assigned door 8:31AM unloaded finished 10:40AM but the BOL took forever. Hour and half for unloading full trailer you can't beat that. No overnight parking. You gotta park on the street and go check in
Rude guard shack rude lumpers. And be sure to park on the street that says no parking instead of driving up to the gate like normal places or they will act like they know how to truck better than you.

Bunch of idiots work here , the lady upfront is very unprofessional and acts like she's the owner of the Sysco instructing you to park under no parking sign and then threatening you that she's going to call the cops when you park on the public street where parking is permitted.

Lumper service guy here is rude. Loaded trls still in doors that have been assigned to drivers. 30 min and counting. No yard driver to assist. Just a complete and utter mess they got here

It takes too long to get unloaded as soon as you get here you got to wait for them to move the trailers first thing in the morning I'm sure they've done this many times over and over before you know the outside outbound drivers come about 4 a.m. so you got to wait for the Sysco drivers to hook up to...
The guard shack not very friendly with truck drivers they make you wait four-
a door not much room parking in the back it takes forever to unload and they don't call you pay for the lumper takes too much time
this place is usually a madhouse early in the morning when they start receiving , mainly due to the fact that you actually have to park on the side of the road and walk to the Guard shack and check in with them BUT drivers don't do it and block the gates .
The wait time to get unloaded is lengthy as ever. But they have plenty space for trucks to maneuver though.

Took them 30 minutes to unload. Another hour to figures how much lumper fee was. Then when you get to lumper desk, the guy ignores you for 10 minutes. Other than that, not too bad.
Ridiculous, check in process is a nightmare, appointment was at 5 am. Now is 5:50 trailer parked at my assigned door. Driving around the yard for an hour trying to get off everyone s way. I can only imagine how long they will take to unload me.

They don't have restroom facilities available for drivers, not even a port-a-pottie. They told me to go into the woods next to the building, which is illegal, unhygienic, and humiliating. I will never deliver here again.
