Camp site was dirty when we got here.. Found a broken hash oil pipe, random lids and wrappers.
Other wise had a decent size area. Big trees provided shade. Easy walk to the day use area.
All sites have a water facet and power outlets

I will be honest it s a beautiful park the views are great but when it comes to maintenance it s not so great. The bathrooms and showers look like they haven t been cleaned in YEARS there s cigarette butts in the showers and it s quite obvious the caretaker isn t doing their job. The people here aren t the nicest either. Sites are quite confusing and hard to get into. But the main issue is the bathrooms and showers I have no problem paying for a shower but if I m going to pay to take a shower IT SHOULD BE CLEAN. Wouldn t recommend this place tbh.

Great campsites if you have self contained camper. The bathrooms were not clean or stocked.

Very nice camp sites , full hook-ups , tent camping . Each site comes with fire pit and picnic table. Access to the feather river for a day of fishing or playing. Lot's of green grass and shade tree's. Dumping station for rvs.
Ally Burg
Super pricey, very mediocre site, but it was a last resort option at 9pm. Paid $38 for a small tent site surrounded by a bunch of RVs and barking dogs.
It was mostly a bunch of older folks and families, and overall pretty quite. Good place if you wanted to fish/be by the water, and if you think $38 is a reasonable price for a place to pitch a tent (hookups are more).
PaPa INSANIRE
Fishing is prime. Bass, Catfish, Bluegill, Crappie, and Pike Minnows. Caretakers doing a great job. Trails are nice for walks. Friendly folks and camping. Perfect get away for a few hours. Lots of birds. Nice to relax and read/write poetry.

A very nice campground. Clean, well maintained and hosts are very nice. The showers are nice and hot......and the fishing is great. Great location for the price...will definitely use again!

Beautiful place for a quick, local get away. Disappointed in the dirty pond, but the rice isn t far from to swim in.
