I have been dealing with Globex Worldwide courier for many years, great services, amazing rates and awesome team. I highly recommend their services.

Very disappointed.
Called to get a rate for a pick up from mtl to the south shore. They gave me a reasonable rate and we where to complete the order until they realized they where going to pick up my medical cannabis legal prescription.
For a strange reason is ok to ask to go pick up opioids and morphine, but medical cannabis somehow needs a special procedure ?
the person wasn't able to explain me why their delivery guys couldn't go pick up a box with my medication and bring it here, that's like the reason to be to this kind of company? to deliver urgent stuff? that why one pays 40-50$ for the 20 min trip .....

thank you so much for your lack of service, please add in your site that you do NOT pick up MEDICAL SUPPLIES. Because if you do, you where horribly discriminatory to me, as that's my medication.

Where to begin. This courier company's service is Beyond amazing.

Quality: The customer service first off responded to my email within (or Less) than 2 hours, Nathalie was extremely friendly, supportive and worked very hard to satisfy my needs. She was emailing away and calling me back to update each round. Making sure my package would be shipped THAT day to be received the NEXT day to it's destination! Which it WAS!! And ZERO competitor has not nearly given such service, especially now-a-days.
The value: The value of our package was more affordable than any other competitor around, especially considering how hard they worked for me to deliver my package. These guys need a raise! ;)
Professional: This company from top to bottom have exceeded beyond my expectations. I'm completely blown away how much everyone involved actually cared. From the amazing help from my customer service (Nathalie) to the employees working at the counter that were expecting my husband by name, to the boss personally making sure and finalizing the details. Top notch!
Responsive: I believe I've mentioned it enough above. I will be supporting and recommending this courier from now on. If you haven't heard of Globex Courrier International before and come across this review, I honestly hope you give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.

Was looking for a reliable & local courier company for our wholesale and E-commerce business, got in touch with Globex Courier, spoke to Mo, I have to say, this person was so attentive and took the time to make sure things were clear from the start.
