I cant give zero otherwise I would have given zero. I'm pandemic staff should help with questions. Noone is available on phone and when I went there. A lady was not willing me to help at all. You are your own once your purchase property with them.

Not happy with the employees attitude on the phone! They need to hire college-educated individuals! That pay them accordingly! Cuz with the type of property prices they have they should be able to afford it!

I was interested in a rental property and called SWE Homes to gather information. I asked additional information for my service animal and this company does not accommodate with people with disability. Aside from admin, application, full rent month of deposit they are requesting a $500 pet deposit. Our service animal is covered by rental insurance incase there is any damages.
The state and federal fair housing acts require housing providers to make reasonable accommodations to the rules, policies, practices, or services when such accommodations may be necessary to afford persons with disabilities an equal opportunity to use and enjoy a dwelling. Due to this
I decided to continue to live in our apartment in downtown Houston.
Renters please make sure you gather all information before proceeding.

Poor professionalism. Did not respond to our offer, even when the Broker spoke to the owners of this company. It's sad to say, but most of their houses won't pass an FHA inspection, which is why they prefer conventional loans or in house financing. Their financing program is a huge scam, at 11% especially since an average mortgage right now is from 3-4%. Multiple owners and foreclosures on their homes, not mention the many dead german cockroaches found in appliances and closet . Buyer BEWARE, don't be tricked by their low asking price.

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. First off, the people working for this FRAUDULENT company are non-educated and very rude. DO NOT go to this company, they will steal your money and claim they have not received any payments even when you have proof. They are old-schooled and won't accept any other form of payment except Money Orders (that way they can steal your money). Do not even attempt to talk to them because every person that answers your phone call will act like an animal.

A joke.. will sell you a house with the highest instrest rate and 30% or more of the apprasied vaule. Which will trap you into a house that you have to put money in the day that you purchase... and pay over what the house is worth...
