Wonderful decor and atmosphere. Outdoor seating next to a lighted pool was amazing. The tuna tartare is one of the best I've ever had. The octopus special also amazing. Steaks were cooked PERFECTLY. Not a minute overdone. The creamed spinach with parmesan cheese was something special on its own. Finally the creme brulee was a perfect ending. The service was attentive without being overbearing. Too notch meal.

The ambiance, food and service were all great. My wife and I split a small plate and two entrees. The kitchen was nice enough to split the portions for us. I had a bite or two of the "bacon" topping and it was amazing, but barely bacon. More like slices of ham. Everyone loves their food. The eggplant with the mushroom entree was very flavorful. My only complaint was that the salmon was kinda mushy, perhaps because it was poached and not seared. Small things like the servers folding napkins when people went to the bathroom made it clear they took service seriously. It's a great place to eat if you are looking to celebrate.

Service was excellent, Food was great, my wife had lobster and she said it was "amazing" I had a bone in Ribeye, cooked just how I had ordered it but it was a little fatty, I know ribeye's have a lot of marbling I eat them all the time, this one had a lot of inedible fat, I have had better steaks before. It was a nice anniversary dinner. Large Bourbon menu, some of them pricey, but a lot of rare stuff you don't see at very many places.

One of my customers invited me to this top notch restaurant during the ISA in April 2017. It was also one of the most amusing restaurants I've ever been to. Spectacular shows in every 45 or one hour during the dinner. Frog and water ball show was unforgettable. Great steak and wine.

Great dining experience overall. Good menu. Unlike the norm, has a very good selection of non steak options as well. The staff is very helpful in guiding through various menu options. Service levels are very high and the staff is quite friendly.

Food preparation is excellent. The sides are good for two but if you are dining alone, they will serve half portions.

There is nice selection of deserts and drinks.

First time to here, was having Christmas dinner. We were interrupted half way through our apps by an evacuation from the hotel... not associated with the restaurant. SW did an amazing job of getting us out and when it was all over getting us back and seated for service.

Had an amazing dinner thanks to our server O.B. and (for got the girls name for our server helper) andshelby at the host stand with some great recommendations for dinner.

I have visited Las Vegas in the so I enjoyed sampling that cuisine again. I went in once before the lockdown and was very pleased. Since then I have gotten take out several times. The food is unique, very well seasoned and an interesting menu. The owner is friendly and accommodating. The food is quite spicy so order accordingly.

My boyfriend surprised me with this dinner for my birthday! He has been here before but I have never been here. Wow, probably the best food and drinks we have ever had! The service was also top notch and the waterfall outside tops of the experience! We will be back!

Fantastic food. I skipped the appetizers and went straight for the double cut chile ribeye. Holy crap, it melted in my mouth. Sides of brussels sprouts and the au gratin potatoes were excellent as well, but the steak is the real star here. If you are the kind of person who won't eat medium rare you are likely going to give this place a bad review, because clearly you don't know how to eat a steak. For dessert I had the small funnel cakes on the "tree" which were also delicious. Excellent service.

Absolutely awesome. They put maximum thought and effort into every single detail of the experience, right down to the butter they bring with the bread. We had the bone in ribeye and the Tomahawk ribeye and they were both world class. This is how steak dinner should be done.

Wonderful fine dining. Absolutely delightful service (Fernando and Ken were excellent waiters). Opulent environment. Menu is meat centric but has options for seafood fare and even a Vegan menu. We enjoyed the dry aged tomahawk steak. The molten chocolate cake for desert was delectable! We were there about 2 hours and enjoyed every minute.

Great steakhouse with a nice view. They have a nice outdoor patio (very important right now) and we sat right in front of the lake and waterfall. Nice show every 20 or 30 minutes. I split a 42 ounce chile rubbed double rib eye with my BIL cooked medium rare and it was delicious. The rub had just a tiny kick, and didn't overpower the meat. The cheesy potatoes were great as well, but the brussels sprouts were so so. Would definitely come back here again over Capital Grille or Prime.

Wanted to try the best steak Las Vegas had to offer, but we didn t find it at Steve Wynn s Steakhouse. You would think the steakhouse with his initials attached would deliver the best quality, but I left disappointed. I went with the wagyu steak and the flavor left a lot to be desired. Quality steak with not much flavor. I wanted it to be the best steak I ve ever had but it was far from it. The atmosphere was awesome and the service was great, but the food fell short.

Phenomenal steaks, appetizers and desserts. The hosts aren't super friendly and every time i've been there, i've had to wait an unreasonable amount of time even with a reservation. However, I still give it 5 stars since the service is good and the food is simply amazing.

Quite the great experience. We sat outside near the water and got an unexpected, but apparently routine, LED show every so often during the meal.

The steaks were done to perfection with attentive wait staff. The courses were perfectly timed and drinks were very well made.

Their dessert, as you can see, was picture perfect and tasted just as good as it looks.

I made a reservation for dinner for my son and I. It was his first time to Las Vegas and I wanted to treat him to a really nice meal. The table we were seated at, was in the patio next to the lake. The "touch of class" started when our waitress addressed me by name. The great service continued throughout the evening as they kept the bread crumbs cleared and the water glasses full. After a brief introduction to the menu, we chose our drinks and the seared beef tartar appetizer. That was a great way to start our meal. Then we both chose the rib eye steaks for our meat. We added the creamed corn and a potato dish to our meal to top things off. All of our food was excellent, but the rib eye stole the show. Speaking of the show, during our dinner we were entertained with a couple of short productions on the lake. The lights on the trees surrounding the lake are constantly changing colors and it seems magical. I would recommend you ask for the patio seating, so you can enjoy the surroundings while you eat. The evening was wonderful and it shows in the bill .

Went to have a birthday dinner, my girlfriend who was flying in had her flight delayed. Rather than cancel the reservation on short notice I went anyway as a single. Was treated very poorly as a single. Service was slow and somewhat rude. I had been planning to reserve another dinner when both of us where in town later that week but after the treatment we went to the Palm steakhouse in the Forum shops, much better. Food was fine, service poor.

The food was good, but the service was horrible. We had high expectations, but didn't even order dessert because our waiter was not the best.
Literally had another couple, we knew, have reservations at PRIME an hour later than ours and left before we did.
Not the only table to experience the extreme wait.
Dont go here unless your a celebrity it's not worth the time and there are much better steakhouses with better food and service.

Sorry to say, it wasn't a good experience.

Restaurant is pretty but everything is so old.

Food was ok at best. Other than creamed spinach and maybe the seared tartar, we weren't impressed with the soup, bone-in ribeye steaks and drinks.

I thought the outdoor seating and show would be the selling point, but the show that comes up every 30 mins.... Emojis and "I got your babe"? Robotic birds that don't move very nicely and "Lady Marmalade"? They're so cheap and sad.

Tagged team service means we had to repeat ourselves 2,3 times to different servers who don't communicate with each other, before coming to ask us questions.

The place needs some serious face lifting. We should have kept the other reservation we made for my husband's birthday. We won't be returning.

If you're ready to drop some money to have a good experience, go to Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres at Sahara. Open wood fire grill and the restaurant has amazing service and ambiance.

SW Stkhs @Wynn-April 5 @ 5:30-party of 5-1 guest, Anthony,a friend of the birthday girl-we just met him @ dinner.Service=impeccable, setting=perfect & food=amazing, until...the next day, Hubby was nauseated, needing to vomit.Got Pepto at Sundries in the lobby@Encore-prolonged the worse. He was vomiting meat from the evening before- Japanese Wagyu $220 4 oz+55/add oz-Hubby had 6 oz med rare. I tried to take him to Urgent Care but he didn't feel well enough to get dressed. He was unable to eat much at all for 3 days-by the 4th day, he almost felt normal-the day we left.I contacted the SW on Sat evening, Apr 7- asked for the Mgr re: food poisoning.Half hr later, I receive a phone call frm Security asking if I had lost an item in the hotel or restaurant? I "now" understand this is the process for SW & Wynn w/regards to food poisoning-the man had no idea why he was calling.Hubby explained details to Risk Mgmt;I ordered the same dish & had an upset stomach the next day w/acid reflux-I ordered med well.Anthony was vomiting & sick-stayed in his room for 3 days-he ordered his rare. A few days later I rec a call from Risk Mgmt-they "investigated" SW, food prep process, clean up & questioned all the employees to ensure they knew the process for prep/handling food-this is how the health dept would inspect the premises.I was told, no one was sick 48 hrs prior to our meal & no one was sick 48 hrs after our meal-this was not food poisoning & they were not responsible.I was baffled by the explanation, I honestly thought they had a way of finding out what made us sick.I DON'T CARE IF OTHERS WEREN'T SICK-MY HUSBAND WAS! I was asked if we had sought med help.I've learned by reviews frm others who did seek med help;this would not have changed anything. All that have claims of food poisoning frm Wynn rec the same result. My husband & I travel a lot.We visit Las Vegas 3-4 times a yr & love Encore-Wynn..."loved" it.We will not visit again - sorry for abb & wording-only allowed so many letters

First off, the ambiance of this place is astounding. Second, the toilet is best I've ever seen. I had the 4oz Kobe steak for $300. What a great deal! It was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The Double Ribeye was also not bad. The sommelier was very helpful in assisting us with wine pairing and offered free samples of different wines for us to sample. The desert, Chocolate lava cake, was one of the best desserts I've ever had. Needlessly to say, I will return to this restaurant for my next few meals.

This is the best steak I've had in the US. Hands down. I rave about this place every time I eat here. I make it a point to eat here when I'm in Vegas. I've had several different cuts of steak here and have enjoyed every single one of them. All the sides are amazing, so you can't go wrong with anything you order. We typically order 2-3 sides and a bottle of wine with our steaks.

You'll want to make reservations as far in advance as you can. If you wait a week out you're probably not getting one. If you make reservations be sure to ask for something as close to the glass and pond as possible as they do cool shows on the pond later in the evening. You'll enjoy it.

My steak was supposed to be well done but it was not definitely well done, when I brought it up nothing much was done, it was my birthday and I m a local I thought at least for the inconvenience they would comp the birthday cake! But not really! It s a nice ambience but that s about it, I could have better food for half the cost !

It's not inexpensive to eat here, however the ambiance, food, and service are first rate. Two of us ordered seafood which was excellent. Two of us ordered steak. One (ordered medium) was perfectly cooked, the medium well order was overcooked. A replacement steak came to the table that was cooked medium. Even the waiter stated "combine the two and you would have medium well" - the steak and deserts were erased from the bill accordingly. I liked the fact that the mistake was admitted and adjusted for without conversation or embarrassment. My only recommendation would be to lighten up the salt somewhat.

For the value (quality + price) I was somewhat disappointed. Great spot for a business dinner. The waiter promised me the best steak of my life. It wasn't. If was a solid B, maybe even a B+, but didn't match the taste or quality I've had from steakhouses in TX, Brazil, Argentina, NY or MT. Given that, it was not worth the $400.00 for 3 people.

I love dining out... it's a time for me to relax and enjoy.
Dined here for my birthday. We asked to be sat outside closer to the Lake of Dreams show. I've been to Lake Side (next door) multiple times and I finally made time to dine at SW Steakhouse.

I can't remember our servers name but he was really nice.

Food:
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Tuna Tatare
Lemon Spiced Salmon
Cream of Corn
Filet - Medium Temperature.
The food were delicious. The garlic mash was soo good and so was the cream of corn. The filet was tender and flavorful.

Overall, I'd return here as often as I can. Such a great place to dine at.

The ambiance and Lake of Dreams show is awesome. I loved that we
were so close. I will definitely return.

When a friend told me SW was the best steakhouse he'd ever eaten at, I was all in. The ambience was enjoyable, the food was fantastic, and the service was perfection!

The highlight of the night however was our server, Chris. He was attentive, informative, and above all his humor and ability to connect with us made the experience one that is not only memorable, but will also ensure that only the highest words will be spoken about SW Steakhouse.

Thank you, Chris!

The Louis XIII Grand Gold Bar is so enormously offensive, the tiles at Versailles are cracking in anger. How is it possible to name something in honor of the father of the Sun King & the item in question be hardly worthy of being associated. At the very least the bar should be substantially coated in layers of gold, especially for the price it is, rather than the mere gold spray paint that I, too, could obtain from Michael s to coat a caramel-filled Ghirardelli square with. Utterly disgraceful & tacky, to say the very least.

Out of this world experience. Sat on the patio by the lake and watched multiple shows. Ate shareable porterhouse and chillirub ribeye. Both steaks were cooked to perfection although I liked the ribeye over the porterhouse. Had lobster tail, creamed spinach, mac n cheese and potatoes gratin. All delicious I'm a sucker for creamed spinach and this did not disappoint. Also drank a side car, 12 year itch and a Angels envy old fashioned. All well made. Favored the old fashioned. Over all a great dining experience.
