The Best Place for A Bento..and A Tempura..plate the food is to Die For..

I celebrated my nomination last night in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that it was a terrific evening and the place was surely one of the reasons for that strong celebration. The stuff collaborated in a graceful manner, the cooking was extremely good and my friends were very pleased. We shall definitely return for more joyful events. thanks very much.

We enjoy eating out. Yesterday we arrived in this excellent restaurant which we didn t know before. We had a lovely time there with excellent cooking and a professional crew and a talented chef. We put this fine restaurant in our phone list and we will no doubt visit again soon. We warmly recommend.

Great service, very friendly, didn't wait long for the food. However, the sushi rolls weren't great. Portion size, quality, and freshness of the rolls were off, compared to other Sushi restaurants I've been to. Food didn't settle well.

Deliciously good. Whenever I'm in the mood for fresh made spicy salmon roll I always come here. Today was my first time trying the sesame chicken , so good! But I only had 3 pieces left before I remembered to take a picture.
1/14/20 update. I went back recently and was able to take another pick of the full meal I ordered this time.

Sushi West is located on Atlantic Avenue near Carson Street in the same shopping center as Edgar & James Goodwill Specialty Store & Donation Center. Sushi West is open 7 days a week, Monday- Friday from 11 am-9 pm with Saturday and Sunday from 11:30-9:00 pm. No indoor or outdoor dining so it's just take-out or on-line orders. Also, they're only allowing one customer per party in the store at this time.

I dropped by for lunch and ordered a two item combination plate that included Sesame Chicken, two Shrimp Tempura and two Vegetable Tempura served with fresh Green Salad w/ House Special Miso Dressing, Steamed Rice & Miso Soup. It's a nice quick and delicious meal to get me through the day. The menu here is expansive and includes traditional Japanese food along with other dishes for beginner sushi lover. You're surely to find something to satisfy your appetite.

OMG! You know this place is good if there's a consistent line out the door pre-pandemic. Finally got to grab-n-go and they didn't disappoint. Grab a combo and some sushi next time you're close by. Pandemic approved.

I love this place! Cheap, delicious and big portion! Service is super friendly and I nearly go once every week they practically know what I want! Only downside I would say is there is barely any space to eat inside because so many people ordering :D
