Product based company with good salary.
The best part of this company is their work environment. They have environment like 9 to 6. Small company but They enhance your skills like superman. They hire through 3rd parties like elitmus. So, when 3 Rd party shortlist aspirants for drive. Then they take written test. This round is full of basic puzzles , some logical questions as well as two decent code. When you clear this round then they will take f2f interview and after that one more f2f interview and they they will finally select.
Feels like a good place to work. Nice people and small office. But only thing I think they need to improve their interview process, just by asking 2-3 logical questions one can not understand how good a person technically is my opinion. Otherwise everything seems to be good. They have 3 offices in Bangalore.
They rejected me in final round just because he found me googling stuffs.We are engineers. We don't memorize codes. At first the HR was like she will get me straight into the job , convinced me like anything. Worst experience. Cto is quite rude as well.
