I called to settle a debt and provide further details of my situation. The gentlemen who answered did NOT see pleased with his job. I explained to him that I been in and out of a hospital for 2 years for a serious condition that resulted in me almost dying twice and having serious restrictions for employment. I am unemployed due to the battle I endured, and struggling to even survive. I offered to provide such medical documents to show I m not lying. The gentlemen got rather annoyed and did not grasp the concept that I have legit $20 to my name. He tried to tell me to borrow money from my family and friends (which is wrong). My family is low income. The debt this is for was for a service I didn t even use. These people obviously have no hearts or souls, considering they rather take money from you then to buy food, and keep a roof over your head. I know some debt collectors personally and they are NOT this way. They try to help the person in debt.

Employees lie about the job they run. Also are intent on trying to make people pay more then what is owed. As a credit collection agency they have the right to settle and make authorizations regarding credit such as an in lieu of deletion. Take a firm stance when dealing with them. They pay cents on the dollar for your so called debt, make sure you dont get swindled by a greedy corporation.

They decided to contact me on the job so I sent them an email asking them not to contact me while I am working

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE. WHEN I FIRST CALL IN AND SPOKE WITH SOMEONE HE LET ME KNOW SINCE I CALL-IN TO MAKE THE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT THAT THIS WOULD NOT HIT MY CREDIT REPORT. SO AFTER I HUNG UP FROM HIM A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER IT HIT MY CREDIT REPORT. SO WHEN I CALL TO INFORM THE LADY. INSTEAD OF HER LOOKING INTO THE NOTES AND ETC. SHE ARGUMENTATIVE SO I HUNG MY PHONE UP AND CALL-IN TO GET SOMEONE DIFFERENT. THEN THE LADY INFORM ME THAT SHE SEE THE MIX UP SHE WILL GET WITH HER SUPERVISOR TO FIX IT. ONCE I REALIZE MY CHECK WOULDN'T BE THAT MUCH BECAUSE OF THE HOLIDAYS WHERE MY JOB WAS CLOSE AND I COULDN T WORK. SO I ASK FOR ANOTHER PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE ABLE TO GET PAID. SO TODAY I DECIDE TO CALL IN TO INFORM THE MAN THAT THEY ARE STILL ON MY CREDIT REPORT WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE REMOVE. HE STATED I KEPT CHANGING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WHICH WAS A LIE. I ONLY CHANGE THE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT ONE TIME AND THAT WAS AFTER YOU ALL HIT MY CREDIT REPORT. CLEARLY, THE WAY YOU ALL GOING ABOUT THE WAY TO COLLECT DEBT IS UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU ALL COME OFF AS MANIPULATORS AND LIARS. BUT ITS FINE I REALIZE THE TYPE OF PEOPLE I AM DEALING WITH SO I DECIDE TO HANG UP MY PHONE SINCE I AM CONVINCE THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE. SO ANYTHING I WILL SAY TO THEM WILL GO IN ONE EAR AND OUT THE OTHER. AND THEY DOESN T CARE AND THAT S FINE WITH ME. I JUST DON T LIKE LIARS AND I DON T APPRECIATE THE LIES AND THE MANIPULATION THESE PEOPLE HAVE GOING ON. BUT WILL BE GLAD WHEN I PAY THIS DEBT AND TAKE CARE EVERYTHING I NEED TO TAKE CARE OF WITH THEM. BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT THERE TO REALLY HELP YOU. THEY ARE REALLY PUT INTO PLACE TO COLLECT DEBT AND NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING YOU SAY. OR DOESN T CARE HOW THEIR LACK OF HONESTY AFFECTS YOU. SO I APPRECIATE THEM FOR ALLOWING ME TO SET UP PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS AND WILLING TO WORK WITH ME. BUT IM NOT OKAY WITH THE WAY THEY LIED ABOUT THE SITUATION AND CONTINUE TO LIE AND ARGUE ABOUT THE LIES THEY ARE TELLING. BUT YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT DAY. JUST KNOW THE SAME WAY YOU ALL LIE AND MANIPULATE FOR THIS COMPANY. THAT THEY WILL GET RID OF YOU ALL AND LIE TO YOU ALL AS YOU LIE TO US. BE BLESS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR AND HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Fraudulently imposed a collection account. Will be filing complaint with attorney general. Also, I'll will be filing a lawsuit to ensure this matter is resolved

I'm quite surprised to see these negative reviews about this collection company. I got myself in a little trouble with debt and this company was assigned to collect the account. I spoke with Jeremy who was friendly and worked with me to try and get a settlement offer with a payment plan that fit my budget. He was not pushy or aggressive like other companies I've dealt with. If your dealing with this collection company defiantly ask to speak with him. He will listen and work with you.
