Awesome place to stay..neat and clean rooms..well appointed..very well conducted, decent and helpful management. Hotel is central to all the main locations around Haeundae. Definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent hotel! Good service, rooms are spacious and clean, great location - there is a metro nearby, two minutes to the beach and the oceanarium, a convenience store nearby and a bunch of eateries that work until late at night.

It is clean for the price and the breakfast is delicious.

Casual hotel with spacious rooms. The ones facing the main street offer partial sea view of Haeundae beach. Very well located next to the beach with numerous restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the area within walking distance. Free wifi with great speed but no safe available in the rooms. Breakfast is very limited so better to book a room with no breakfast included.

They had an overbooking but got a free upgrade instead. For the breakfast there, although it's not free and has limited selection, it's affordable and worth the price. Service was great though, has quick response in the middle of the night when experiencing problems with the heater.

Because of the virus,the hotel can t cancel the order for free.It s strange because we can t predict how the virus go.The hotel just can move the date to September,but actually we don t know how the virus spread in Korea until September .And if we go and be infected,Do the hotel can afford the responsibility ?Taiwan s government ask the citizens avoid to go to Korea.And if u go,u need to be quarantined at home for two weeks.So I m very disappointed about the hotel policy,and didn t recommend this hotel !And I won t order the hotel again.

Walk through the city view. It s noisy.

The name Sunset Hotel itself is a power of dignity in Busan. I spent one night and was very impressed. The Room Size was large with good ambiance. The service was really wonderful with good and tasty food. The price is relatively low. If anyone can look for a cheap stay then I will definitely recommended this hotel.

Just a minute walk to Haeundae beach, market, food streets, train station.

It's clean, has a good view, and has a good location.

The hotel is located right on the beach and near the metro station. Some rooms with sea view. Rooms spacious, clean and well equipped. Daily cleaning. Breakfasts also worth recommending.

Very good service. The staff were lovely. During the cherry blossoms, the weather is still cool. The hotel is close to Loei beach. It is a place to go when it is released cheaply from Agoda. It is very dry and cold place because it is the system air condition type from ceiling in winter.

If you think about the price. Parking is difficult, but it's possible, and the facilities are old, but the rooms are clean and the staff are nice. Only female staff. The male staff is distant even if a guest passes by.

One of the best hotels Ive stayed at... besides the great location, on the Haeundae beachfront, the facilities are luxurious. The large bed is very comfortable! It has so much space in the room as well as having a big bath, bidet toilet and lots of nice extras like cosy robes, free bottled water, tea & coffee and airconditioning... Sitting by the window in this hotel room and looking onto the beachfront was such a special feeling. Would love to stay there again.

1501, Noisy at night(elevator), no window, not working lamp

I made a reservation for 1 executive suite, double room with terrace. But they gave me triple room with no terrace. They keep telling me this is the best room available now and not giving me room type that i've already paid for. I paid more money because i want room with terrace. This room definitely much smaller than i expected. What a scam! Just make sure you all double check the room. Make sure they gave you the correct room type.

Eating and drinking near the bar is lively! Awesome.

Haeundae A place where you can see the sunrise. There is a restaurant and a karaoke room on the lower floor. Everything else was good

Great hotel right in the think of things. Nice big room and the staff were very helpful. The shower was a little wacky and it was impossible to not get water all over the bathroom tough.

We stayed from Sunday evening, but the surroundings were ugly until morning. Monday night became quiet when the date changed.

Excellent room - spacious, well equiped and comfortable. Fantastic view from balcony. Convenient location for transport to airport, shops restaurants and bars as well as beach. Good breakfast selection and very nice friendly lady running the breakfast service.
Only downside was that was quite noisy at night with bars in same building playing loud music until late.

Nice and affordable hotel. Great location, which is also one of its downsides. Can get very loud especially during the weekends. I could hear the karaoke bar from across the street even with earplugs on.

Entry and exit on the 7th floor is more complicated. Try to go out as little as possible in the middle of the night. There will be drunk people.

Hotel was nice and clean. It is directly at Haeundae Beach, so 5 min to the beach, 5 min to a street with traditional Korean seafood and if you need a doctor, there are doctors and pharmacies, too.

Be advised: Since it is a go out district of Busan it wont be quiet at night, especially at the weekends.

The workers are super kind they can speak English which is really hard to come by in Korea and the view of the room is so beautiful, When you wake up in that morning you can see the hole beach. The morning Buffet in mandalay which is on the 3f was really wonderful breakfast over there the coffee is not that diluted the food was really delicious 10/10 will come again.

The location of the hotel is very good. It s just across the road. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the sea. The third floor is the hotel s restaurant and cafe, which tastes good and the price is awesome. The rooms are big and you can see the sea directly from the window. Very good, very enthusiastic, I will answer patiently if there are questions, and there are Chinese staff who can communicate in Chinese, Korean, and English. Generally speaking, the price is very high and recommended

Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Aside from that it's not a bad place to stay.

The scale is between the hotel and the motel, but it is pretty good. Basically you have everything, but you have to purchase the toothbrush separately for 2,000 won. The size of the room is a little small, but it is not inconvenient to use.
The room used the ondol room, but if you use it on a cold day, it is an oven. The room is warm and the body is warm. Instead, there is no bathtub in the ondol room, so if you need a bathtub, you have to avoid it.
If breakfast is included, the price will be increased by 20,000 won. If you pay the breakfast meal separately, 12,000 won per week is 15,000 won per week. But this is not a breakfast to pay for. I do not know if it is about 5,000 won.
Employees are generally friendly and okay.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is right beside Haeundae and its entrance is in the cultural plaza of Guam and opposite to Haeundae Market. You can go to the hotel immediately after midnight snatching or watching the night sea.
I would like to use it again next time with the option of location and ondolbang. I do not think you will choose the breakfast option.

The most wanted to go to Busan is Haeundae. Before I went to Busan, I had to entangle myself for a long time. I finally chose Haeundae, which is only one street away from the beach. The hotel can be reached in less than 1 minute. The service is really super. Ok, the regular room booked is gone, free upgrade to the superior room, Yeyee Ku! ! The hotel that last stayed in Jeju Island is about the same price as the hotel, but it feels much worse. This hotel is in the most dynamic Haeundae in Busan, eating around, and it is super convenient. The 3rd floor (like) is the same cafe, big window, can see the beach, super feeling, coffee shop has Chinese handsome staff, cooking and discounting, haha, Cho! The hotel is surrounded by delicious, fun, close to the sea, and go to the beach for a walk in the evening. The subway station is only five minutes (walking) from the hotel, which is convenient! It s not convenient to live on the 15th floor, but in such a bustling place, living in a high place is quieter. I will stay here next time I go to Busan for a business trip!

Location wise this Hotel is good and it was pleasant to stay here with my family. Food was very tasty and healthy. Room service was excellent. I would like to recommend this hotel and wish to come here again.

Clean business hotel, steps away from Busan Haeundae. Lots of food, restaurants, cafes and convenience stores along the street where the hotel is located. Try your luck to get a room with partial view of the beach!

The best thing about being close to the sea.
Instead, it's a bit noisy at night, but it's okay if you close the windows and hit the curtains.

The first room was so dirty that I asked for a change, and I was assigned a new room, which was much cleaner and nicer.

Had a nice stay here. Not too expensive and it's a nice location.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Location wise is really good. It is right at the centre of the market street. Not far away from the beach. The service is really good as can be expected from Korea. However the breakfast was not that great. I ordered panini for room service it was not great as well. Staff speaks limited English.

It's a business hotel the lobby at 9 floor, the entrance is too small and it will be better if it better than that. The area is lively and most of the time crowded. Very close to the Heaundae beach.

It was a partial ocean view, but it was a very extreme ocean view. It must be seen at an angle. People in front of the window can see the buildings in front.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean for the price, and the staff, especially the female staff, felt smoky and friendly. I had to move to the 12th floor suddenly on the 14th floor due to a simple construction problem, but there was no shortage of measures after that. And I was impressed that the people who arranged the rooms were so meticulous that they would take care of one small one and tidy it up. If you stay for a day, you might not feel big. I think it is best to stay lightly for the hard work and consideration of the staff as I stay for a little longer.

It's very good, but it's not like a hotel, it's like a motel.

It is not design for business hotel as it has not a normal table to work. But it is a nice hotel for relax with a good view.

If I go to Busan on a business trip, I always stay here.
Depending on the room, there are places with a good view of Haeundae.

The underground parking lot entrance is so narrow that it's inconvenient.

the Sunset hotel located in perfect location to seeing ocean from hotel. the rooms are nice. the service is good really helpful. i spent a few days over there and if i going to visit Busan i'll definitely go again there.

Location offset all shortcomings. There is a little bit of a sadness in the service, but the response when I know something wrong is fast.

Very centrally located close to Haeundae beach and at the end of the main street. Subway is also close with just a few stops to Busan. Small rooms. Breakfast is acceptable but not up to European standards. Monitored parking.
