Top level service and extras- video tours of properties, drone footage, email and facebook marketing campaigns for every listing. Summit Properties is a good place to call home for your license.

He also owns a Reynolds & Kline Appraisal, a residential real estate appraisal firm so if I ever have appraisal issues they can really help me out. For a year or two after I got my broker's license, I was at a typical place where I wasn t doing a ton of business and did not want a brokerage that had high desk fees. Summit has a simple 80-20 split with no other fees. I never get charged a thing, only the 80-20 split. They also have a really low $10,000 cap which is easy to obtain 100% commission. They are super simple to work with and are way ahead of their competitors with their use of technology. They have really helped me with my social media and any YouTube videos I want to make. The main thing that drew me to Summit Properties NW was their complete transparency and never charging me fees. When they say No Fees they mean zero. At other brokerages there are always hidden fees or charges that get taken out of my check at closing. Not at Summit Properties NW. The managing broker, Sean Reynolds is super knowledgeable and also owns a real estate parasail firm, Reynolds & Kline Appraisal.

If I need appraisal help I can always get it for free. Summit has a strong online presence and keeps me updated on multiple FB Groups and through e-mail. They also create some really interesting video content on YouTube. Highly recommend Summit properties NW for anyone considering moving their license and looking for something new.
