The same situation I suffered, the organizers put other people in our seats. When we got in touch with the people in charge of the hall, they told us to go to our places and to put people aside, who in turn had the occupied places and were put by the organizers on our paid seats. Claim at ANPC.

I bought the ticket together with the friends of the event organized at the Palace Hall with Micutzu, and when I got there 3 people had the same chair. The organizers refused to give us an explanation and instructed us to stand up. Unprofessional !!!!! Shame

We arrived at the palace hall with paid tickets - 92 lei at the show on November 5th to realize that all the seats we had to have seats were occupied because you sold more tickets in one place. Instead of going for relaxation, we all left with tension 20. Jigodii. As you plan to promote an event like this, you deserve the full rating. The organizers treated us like the last rubbish. One said that once past the entrance, the places do not matter anymore. They told us to search and if we could find places to sit anywhere. We walked like fools through the room for 30 minutes until we had to leave.

Although I bought 2 tickets a week before for the show on November 5, in which Micutzu and Bordea performed, when we arrived at the Palace Hall our seats were distributed by the organizers to other people. After 30 minutes of searching for a man in charge of the organization, I gave an "aunt" who explained to me dryly that more tickets were sold for the new places and as a solution he suggested I go and pick up the people who were occupying my place ... I'm sorry but I didn't have a beat on me so I chose to leave ... Don't call their services, a native company.

I purchased tickets to an event organized by this company (stand up comedy Sala Palatului on 05.11.2019) but got there with my colleagues, I found that our seats were sold to other people. We contacted the organizers who told us to look for places elsewhere or to stand, wishing not to give us the money back.
