I d you re after local food with a family feel, this is your place. Owner s family was dining alongside the customers at lunch time. He was wandering from table to table chatting. Stunning interior, too. A word of warning, the degustation menu isn t for the feint of heart. It s a meat avalanche. But a delicious one...
The food was good. However, the server was rude ! We asked for the best dish in Verona and he treated the whole thing with sarcasm and kept belittling us. We are tourists and our question was super legit !!
I would not come back to this restaursnt, i feel that with the price paid for the food I am able to find another restaurant that gives same quality for a better service for sure.

The food here is very good and we drank some nice wines.
But the attached photo is our table at the point where we asked for the bill. It features both wine bottles we ordered (empty) plus all our wine glasses our water bottles and the glass from a spritz that had been empty for two hours.
It would be fair to say the service was a bit perfunctory.
Ok place but over rated at 4.4 and we won't be rushing back.

Wonderful restaurant in Verona - I particularly enjoyed the truffle pasta!
Our meals here were very good, but I wouldn't put them at 5 star. The service was good as well. But I was left feeling that the restaurant was reaching a little higher than they were achieving.
A popular local restaurant for couples, high on style, the house special is great for big meat eaters!
