Romeo is one of the best leaders I have had the pleasure of working with and for in my 38 year Navy and DoD Contractor career. He works tirelessly and is always looking ahead to provide the best possible services to his employees and Navy and Marine Corps customers. Romeo Spino is hands the best boss I've ever had! he cares more about his employees then he does himself and always puts their needs first. You can always count on him for anything and he always keeps to his word. Plus the staff is made up of the most professional and intelligent people who are always on top of everything. Worked for this company for about a year. If you like being ignored or wait days for a response about your concerns and questions regarding anything, that's exactly what will happen once you got the job.
Oh and when you consider further employment with them and check openings along your way. Don't mention you've been doing your research with other companies or even tell them you're considering other openings because you will likely be told you're playing the system and not a good fit for the company.
Pro: Pay Con: Company / viewed badly when you look out for your own interests in the midst of job hunting. Hilarious.
