Ann marie the former controller who was finally demoted, is a huge bully. I worked in the finance department for years and I still have anxiety whenever I think about my time at sfl. She encourages her three minions to bully others too. Her lovely followers were Maureen, Lorraine, Terryann, and Linda. All were just as bad if not worse than Annmarie. Her cousin Laura is the hr manager, so often times Laura would belittle me or tell Annmarie if i attempted to file a complaint. Do not apply at this place or support this business. Its not worth your physical and mental health

Spectrum for Living serves adults with disabilities, and most people that work at Spectrum do so out of a desire to help others, not to make a lot of money. Spectrum brought in a new CEO in early 2018 and a lot of long overdue changes started happening. There was a restructuring at the corporate offices and a lot of people that had gotten comfortable were let go, for example, the former Controller and the former Director of HR who were both cousins! A new Chief Financial Officer and new Chief Human Resources Officer were hired, and more caring and competent people were promoted to senior management positions. A new employee recognition program the Alex Awards - was started, and Spectrum s staff were given pay increases. If you love helping people you will love working at Spectrum.

Love the idea of taking care of ppl. So it is disturbing to me that a driver/caretaker sits outside of the house located on Pascack rd and Sand rd intersection violently beeping g their van horn between 9 and 9 am it is so rude that this person doesnt consider the homes arnd this location. The worker could either 1. Get out the car to let them know they have arrived or 2. call them on a phone. I mean really? They are holding the horn down for 1 min then continuing to me beeping obnoxiously. This has been going on since last year. Not a review of the facilities but the character of a staff member.
