Jackie and the team are marvellous, and were always willing to go above and beyond, always endeavouring to find placements that matched my CV, skills and experience, rather than throwing generic jobs at me that were not suitable. They were also on the ball for more permanent work when the need arose.

Leah was very friendly and helpful. She sent my CV off for a variety of jobs and although I did not get a job through the agency (I was offered an extension and promotion within my current role), she did her best to find a good role for me. The agency offer early appointments from 8am, which is really helpful for those in employment.

I recently relocated from London to Bristol and Spec Recruitment have been fantastic in helping me find employment.
They listened to what type of role I wanted and didn't try and push me into any old role they were trying to fill which I have found with other recruitment companies.
If they said they would call me with an update in a week then they did, if my Consultant was off that day the call was made by one of her colleagues, if they didn't have anything for me they still called to let me know what was happening which is much nicer then being ignored for weeks on end - which again, I found was the case with some other recruitment companies I was using.
Thanks very much to Leah and the team at Spec for finding me my job. I plan to be here for the foreseeable future but should that change they will be the first people I call.

What can I say! Absolutely the best experience of a recruitment agency I have ever had! I registered with several and was so disappointed with them. I was then introduced to Spec by a friend............what a difference they really listen. Leah was great and within 2 weeks I had a new job!! I cannot praise them enough. Spec contacted me after I applied for a job they were advertising so I went to register with them, and I'm so glad I did! They were so friendly, they made me feel so relaxed which was lovely. They found me a short term job after a couple of days which I couldn't make, then 2 days later called me with a long term placement, which I took up and have just finished after 3 months. It was a lovely placement in a relaxed office with really genuinely lovely people, and I enjoyed my time there so much. Temping was perfect for my situation (on a gap year and needed some work in between travelling) and allowed me to save up money, as well as getting some valuable new experience to put on my CV. I first signed up with Spec in 2013, but did not get any work through them. I re-registered in Feb 2015, and Jackie remembered me and knew exactly who I was, and really helped me out finding work as soon as possible. I did a couple of day's work at very short notice, and then had a 10 week placement through them. All through the placement, they were checking up on me, making sure everything was ok and reminding me to send in my timesheets. I then found a permanent job through Spec, and they kept me up to date with the whole process. A great agency with lovely staff. Big shout out to Jackie, Alex, Leah, Natasha and Lauren!! Thank you!

I registered with Spec to get some temporary work over the university holidays and the same day that I registered, they offered me a temporary assignment! The staff are so friendly; they are always in contact with you when on an assignment to check that everything's going well and that you're happy.
