Not recommended when it comes to real estate. Here one is not taken by the hand and informed, even if one expresses that very clearly and wishes.
Even after the complaint, someone should contact me. There was then an attempted phone call and no e-mail as personally discussed in the house. As a longtime customer I would not have expected that. I will change the bank. Competence was not at work here.

I currently have a so-called P account, with a monthly allowance of 1,200
I am currently receiving Harz IV, which corresponds to a monthly "income" of 420 .
Today the Sparkasse Neuss pledged me 46 , on the grounds that I had not completely empty my account in the last few months at the end of the month.

Now the question: How is that justified if my monthly allowance is 1,200 and I have a monthly "income" of 430?!

Not recommendable. Employees seem to have some selling pressure. Inflexible.
