Took over a month to get my computer back to me and after all that it wasn't even fixed. Not sure what took so long if nothing was getting sorted.
I only ever had updated about my PC after phoning and after each time I was pretty much told to wait

Took 2 laptops - 1 to have Windows 10 put on, the other to see if could do same or copy documents across. Took just over a week but had to keep ringing to check progress. Also still waiting for paperwork though have paid. Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Handed my laptop in for a clean up and turned out it needed a new hardrive - Spa computers sorted this out within days. They were really clear about what needed doing and how much it would cost. Super helpful and no hidden charges - my laptop was in very safe hands :)

Friendly, efficient and great service. Had the hard disk upgraded to an SSD in an old laptop and at the same time had the processor changed. Spa Computers did the job efficiently, and at a good price. Would thoroughly recommend them. Oh and the spaniel loves the dog treats.

Spa Computers provided great service when I had a problem with my Macbook Pro.
I dealt with Harrison and Sam and they were both extremely helpful. Sam, in particular, was very knowledgable and patient.
