The good things about the company are the lunch program, the cheap sodas, and that it is a starter company into the business world. I would recommend working here for a year or less if you can and then leaving to find a better job.

This company is plagued by nepotism. It is a privately owned, family run company. Do not take your issues to HR because they are only looking out for themselves and will find reasons to fire you. The HR manager is very rude and will speak poorly about you in front of your face. She is known for talking down to people and will do it in front of others

Not all of the managers are very good or helpful. They will often neglect their duties and are only thinking mostly about themselves.They will choose favorites and those favorites will get away with almost anything.

If you are planning on joining office support, get ready to move out of that position and then stay in whatever position they move you to for the rest of your time there. Their office support position is a started position and the current manager had never been a manager before that and is mostly a glorified recruiter.

People are always being fired or leaving from this company so they are always constantly hiring. You can tell by the signs that lead up to the building that are probably still there.

The company is also very cheap. I attached photos of the company's roof. This was broken and leaking for two months before they fixed it because it cost too much money. Their elevators also break often and people get stuck in those as well.

A lot of the good reviews posted about this company are actually from people who work there or are working at their sister site.

TLDR: Management and HR Manager are not great. Decent starter company to stay at for a very short time. Company very cheap, building not taken care of very well.

Poor management, in fact a few odious managers, and cliques, such as promoting unqualified family members or friends. Not employee concerned, despite its benefits. Used international employees who were grateful for jobs here. Often delayed projects, because it didn't pay vendors and/or over extended it's ability to meet software commitments, Simply not a nice group, and whatever good the company offered was due to employees.

I work in a hospital that uses the software. The guys here love it more than the other systems they have used before. The hospital runs more efficiently, and that is what I want in the medical profession.

Horrible boss. Uneducated - can read, write, count and has no common sense in the head. Micromanagement - spying on your private residence, phone and computer. You will be also constantly followed by somebody! You will suffer mental, psychological and physical abuse! This jerk is low class evil and dumb!

Extremely poor management. My manager doesn't even know what manager suppose to do. Deeply imbedded favoritism in position you get and pay (which is normally very low too) except for family relatives or favorite people. HR manager worthless and all managers are not willing to listen to anything you say and ignore any problems. If you say anything they immediately retaliate against you. Also widespread and extreme monitoring runs here.
