I recently placed an order and was initially excited about the range of products available. However, the experience turned out to be less than ideal. Communication was lacking, and my shipment took much longer than expected to arrive. 📦
When the package finally did show up, some items were not what I anticipated based on the descriptions on the website. The quality seemed off, and I felt a bit let down. 🌫️
Overall, I would say that some improvement is needed in aspects of customer service and product consistency. It’s a mixed bag that didn't quite meet my expectations.
