Communication was lacking, and my shipment took much longer than expected to arrive. 📦 When the package finally did show up, some items were not what I anticipated based on the descriptions on the website. The quality seemed off, and I felt a bit let down. 🌫️ Overall, I would say that some improvement is needed in aspects of customer service and product consistency. It’s a mixed bag that didn't quite meet my expectations.
