I contracted Site Sound Ltd to do the acoustic testing on two properties I have renovated and I have to say the service I received was exceptional.
Jane in the office was extremely helpful, the engineer who did the testing was prompt and efficient and the certificate was in my inbox the very next day.

I found this company incredibly helpful and flexible in their attitude to their work. The tester that did our building, an awkard, higgledy piggledy listed establishment was understanding of our requirements and went the extra mile to help us achieve certification
Unfortunately we did not meet the required levels but through their knowledge we ensured a pass as they highlighted to us that we had "get out of gaol " cards in that we were listed. Without their help in still would have no certificate. I cannot recommend them and their engineer Leemail highly enough

I phoned Site Sound as I had been advised that I needed a sound test for a property refurbishment. They couldn't have been more helpful in assisting my understand of what could be needed and why. As a result of these details I was able to contact building control and ascertain that I actually did not need a test. I have been dealing with many providers and Site Sound's Customer Service was 'second to none'! I can highly recommend them.
