I found this company incredibly helpful and flexible in their attitude to their work. The tester that did our building, an awkard, higgledy piggledy listed establishment was understanding of our requirements and went the extra mile to help us achieve certification
Unfortunately we did not meet the required levels but through their knowledge we ensured a pass as they highlighted to us that we had "get out of gaol " cards in that we were listed. Without their help in still would have no certificate. I cannot recommend them and their engineer Leemail highly enough
