HORRIBLE!!! If I could give the 0 stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and find your mortgage elsewhere. I was made promises that were not kept. Balls were dropped, and ultimately the loan did not close. RUN don't walk, in the opposite direction.

I had a very good experience working with Hemakumar on my loan process. He was very professional and took time in explaining in detail especially the final numbers which are sometimes difficult to understand. I highly recommend Sistar Mortage and Hemakumar for mortgage needs.

Despite of the confirmation from management that taxes will paid by title company, team member is forcing me to pay the tax.
