some department do not have sense of emergency and team spirit... do not act in interest of the company. the management does not seem to be able to manage this department as they are old timers.... It feels like smrt deep cultural issue. hopefully new ceo can shake down these bad culture issue that not only damage company reputation and of those employees reputation who really are putting effort.

The National Computer System (NCS) headquarter, located next to Motorola and Apple is the main office of NCS. Visitors have to take note that there are no seats, cafetaria and restroom accessible at the reception area. They are all available only when are granted entry after the gantry.
